Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the pool and outdoor areas. The owner’s closet remains locked and off-limits.

Oceanview Cabo Villa | Pool, Hot Tub & Beach Views - Villas for Rent in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Mexico

Wonderful new year's week at Villa Bougainvillea. Very well apportioned home allowed two couples with children their own private space with plenty of communal area for us to congregate and enjoy. Home was cleaned daily and staff would come around regularly to maintain grounds. We elected to pre=stock our villa which was certainly convenient if not much more expensive than shopping yourself. There is a small bodega at the entrance of Pedragal where you can buy large jugs of water, beer, soda, and snacks for far less. If you have a car the Costco and other large grocery stores would be more economical. We elected to have a few catered dinners through Cabovillas catering partners that we very much enjoyed. We had a taco bar upon arrival which is far better than a "taco bar." Absolutely delicious after a day of travel. Be aware that Pedragal is extremely hilly with cobblestone streets and tripping hazards on sidewalks (as you are always looking out at the ocean or beautiful homes!) If you have ambulatory issues it may prove difficult to move around without a car or golf cart. We personally did not mind walking the hills, but I could see this being an issue for some. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful house. 1 bedroom upstairs and 3 downstairs. The views are breathtaking! We felt super safe and welcomed. Ivan (concierge) was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. The cleaning lady Mari Chuy was super nice and left the house spotless clean every day that we were there. One thing I did notice is that the pool did have leaves/residue floating on it but it was taken care of by Ivan/his crew. The 10 minute complimentary massage felt amazing! We ordered Mar Y Tierra food package which was OK. I think our favorite snack overall were the chips and salsa, the salsa was delicious!!

This is a spectacular place. Nice and roomy pleasant place to relax and take in the  views. Just a small walk to the tennis/Pickleball courts. Our family was very comfortable and able to relax in the pool and look at the ocean. The cleanliness of this place was great.  The house has lots of stairs make sure you are up for that.  One master room on top level others are down. All the showers are spacious and nice. Getting to town was easy the concierge set us up with a driver and he was always able to drive us to our needs. You can see the sunset and beach from the pool area simply breathtaking. I can't wait to go back to Cabo.

The Villa is beautiful and nicely equipped. We were a group of 7 and we had plenty of space. The house is spacious and the view from the balcony and pool area is gorgeous. Please know that the Villa is in a community called Pedegral and the access is not the most convenient. Otherwise it is absolutely beautiful.

This place is the one to go. I was debating between 2 places then when I got to Cabo and stayed here I’m happy to made this one my choice. Everything was great from morning breakfast to having a clean room everyday. Just amazing.

Wow what an amazing stay! This place is big and beautiful with an amazing view. The pool and hot tub were the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee. Our concierge Hector was full of local knowledge and facilitated some transportation to the different activities that we scheduled. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, the water in the showers stayed hot, and the daily cleaning was great. Pedregal is the best neighborhood to stay if you want to be in a quiet place, while also being less than 10 minutes from all the action. Thank you again for such an amazing place to stay and we hope to be back soon! Sincerely, Chris Tips: - I would recommend Uber instead of the local taxis. Taxis charge $20 USD to pick you up from the villa and bring you to town. Ubers cost less than 50 pesos (~$3 USD). Order the car like you usually wold on your app, then call the gate to tell them the make/model of the car and the name of the driver, and the name of your villa. Give yourself 20-30 mins for them to get there from when you call. - There's a Circle K and small grocery store very close to the entrance gate to Pedregal. We stocked up on everything we needed there.

This is a great house in a great location, perfect for a stay with multiple couples or families.  The pool and hot tub are phenomenal, with beautiful views, and the daily cleaning kept fresh towels at the ready.  Our concierge helped us with taxis, dinner reservations, tee times, an even massages at the house.  I would highly recommend this house and would stay again!  I will say that unfortunately the private beach, while beautiful, is too rough to swim in since it is on the Pacific, but it is a short cab ride to any of the beaches on the Sea of Cortez where you can get a chair from any of the beach clubs in exchange for buying a drink.

The view was incredible, actually the photos don't even do it justice. The location was great, close to all of the things that we needed. Our concierge was amazing, always just a text away from ordering us a cab, etc. The place is HUGE! Definitely worth every penny.

Where do I️ begin? The company responsible for the rental and upkeep of the home is a disaster! We lost plumbing (no showers no toilets no running water), A/C and partial electricity almost immediately. The company, CaboVillas, did no seem very interested in helping my family and friends. (Try putting an 18 month old down for a nap in 85 degree heat after acclimating from 40 degree days) after a full day of phone tag, push offs and messages we finally got them to transfer us to a lesser property, which they ended up charging us more for. On our final night, at the new location our oven had a large gas explosion, sending pots, pans, grease and dishes all over the kitchen. It made a terrifying bang pulsing the windows and sent the chef screaming with grease burns. Thank god we were on the patio with our child. It could have been much, much worse. Of course all the company did is send an unqualified representative to check their liability. No experts were sent to survey and diagnose the issue. The catering company sent people to care for the poor cook and clean up the mess. They were clearly much more concerned. We had a horrible experience, the opposite of a relaxing vacation and would never trust such a poorly run operation that seems to be experts in miscommunication and lacking in empathy. Stay away!!

Lola was a great host! She made sure I chose the right property that will suit our group. She also made sure I had everything so that when we arrive we wouldn't have any problems. The property manager Giovanni was awesome. Upon arrival he had chips and margaritas waiting for us. Whenever we needed anything I contacted him. He ALWAYS answered my phone calls and texts. I even called him at 4am for a taxi and he answered! Crazy! The villa was great. The villa was clean, well decorated and the furniture was nice! There were plenty blankets, towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked! It even had plastic forks, spoons, cups and plates! Loved it because we were all guys traveling for a fishing trip so we didn't have to do dishes! 😀 Overall we were all happy with our stay! Highly recommend going with this property or any property that Lola hosts!

The house was amazing! Great location with a killer view. It was perfect for our small group. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The maid service was awesome! Hector was a great concierge. He arranged all our taxis requests and even had someone go shopping for us. My only complaint would be that only half of the grill worked, so it took a little longer for us to cook outside. Lola was very quick to respond to my messages and was a great host! I would definitely stay here again!
