⭐☆☆☆☆ – A Nightmare Stay That Could Have Ended in Tragedy This was the worst and most terrifying Airbnb experience my family has ever had. My daughter fell from the second floor while trying to climb into the bunk bed. The mattress is so high that she couldn't get a proper grip on the ladder and lost her balance. The ladder is only inches away from an unprotected window. Not only that window, but every window in the house has no real safety protection—only a mosquito screen, which offers absolutely no protection against a fall. She fell from the second floor all the way to the ground, more than two meters (over six feet). It is only by the grace of God that my daughter survived. I cannot understand how this property is allowed to be rented without basic safety measures. The upstairs railings are also dangerously unprotected, creating another serious fall hazard, especially for children. When I contacted the hosts after the accident, I did not feel supported at all. Mi experiencia fue sumamente desagradable y no recomiendo este alojamiento por graves problemas de salud, higiene y servicio. El lugar carece de agua potable; el agua disponible tenía un olor nauseabundo y provocó irritaciones cutáneas en mi familia. La piscina, lejos de las fotos, estaba oscura, mal iluminada y manchaba la piel y la ropa de color oscuro La higiene es inaceptable: utensilios de cocina expuestos a animales e insectos, y hallazgo de murciélagos muertos en las habitaciones. El servicio al cliente fue hostil e irrespetuoso desde nuestra llegada, negándonos incluso el resguardo de pertenencias. Además, la presencia de perros sueltos que destruyeron alimentos y basura, sumado a la falta de ventilación y la ubicación remota, hicieron la estancia insoportable. Para finalizar, el día de salida sufrimos un corte de luz y agua por cinco horas. Las imágenes publicadas son engañosas y no reflejan la precaria realidad del sitio.
