A thousand characters is not enough space to do justice to Malinche Palace. It was perfect for our group of 15 ranging from 18 to 60 in age. Communication from Max and Julia was excellent at all times from our booking six months ago to our departure yesterday. They are full of great recommendations and extremely responsive to questions. We used the chef service for four dinners. They were good, balanced meals, with plenty of leftovers for the next day. The other days we had dinner delivered (Indian twice and pizza on our last night) and the deliveries from Coco were prompt and the price very reasonable. For example, the Indian food was $330 plus tip and we fed 15 adults with some leftovers. A great tip from Max was to rent golf carts instead of cars. We rented the golf carts from Heidi at Cocolio and she is great. She delivered the carts on our first day and picked them up on the last day. For transport from the airport and for excursions, we used Andrey, who was recommended by Max.

Max and Julia are the most perfect and wonderful hosts. In addition to everything noted in the app questions — all really great — I would add the excellence and attentiveness of the meals that were prepared. Healthy, fresh, thoughtful, and personalized. We would return again (and again)!

We had a lovely trip Max was so nice and helpful. Beautifully refreshing pool and access to a lovely beach just down the steps. Accommodated my 16 person group wonderfully and provided us with clean and timely services. A must see, Max’s place is truly one of a kind with impeccable services provided by the host. If you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway look no further!

By far the best Airbnb experience I have ever had with a host and a property. Max and Julia were extremely helpful and always responsive to the smallest questions that we had. The property was absolutely stunning and the amenities were even better in person than in the pictures. This Airbnb alone made our trip extra memorable and I would highly recommend it to any large groups in the future.

I stayed for a month and had a different crew in each week. The place is extremely well set up for large groups. A short walk to Ocotal beach and Father Roosters restaurant was always amazing. Max was extremely responsive and proactive. We had a microwave go out, replaced immediately. A member of our party accidentally broke a walking board, he walked over to fix ten minutes later. Our driver didn’t show for an airport ride…max did it. For large groups 10/10.

Julia was so sweet and so helpful! Anything that we had an issue with she fixed immediately! The home was very beautiful and I love how they had maids come everyday to clean the rooms and homes. Julia was so graceful! And beautiful, just like her home! Thank you so much for making sure we were okay.

The house was even better than we expected! Would definitely recommend the chef service, and the cleaning team at the house was very attentive. We were in Ocotal to celebrate our wedding which took a lot of communication over the past year and Max & Julia were very responsive and helpful the entire time! Could not have planned such a great trip without their help. Really hope we have the chance to come back someday! Pura vida 🫶🏻
