Additional indoor spaces include a TV room equipped with a 70-inch smart TV and cable, a dining room that seats eight, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The rooftop terrace provides fantastic ocean views and overlooks Cabo.

The house is located within a secure gated community with 24-hour security. Private parking is available.

• Mary, the housekeeper, has been with the owner for 13 years and is highly trustworthy. She will clean, wash dishes, and make beds. Laundry and cooking services are available for an additional tip—her green salsa with avocado is highly recommended.

• If other guests arrive on the same day:

  • Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
