The Space
This spacious and modern house is ideal for any occasion, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. It features stunning sunset views visible from both the pool area and the rooftop terrace.
The private pool area includes a hot shower, bathroom, BBQ with both charcoal and gas grills, a faucet, and a dining table with chairs. The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool.
Additional indoor spaces include a TV room equipped with a 70-inch smart TV and cable, a dining room that seats eight, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The rooftop terrace provides fantastic ocean views and overlooks Cabo.
The house is located within a secure gated community with 24-hour security. Private parking is available.

- The TV room can be converted into an additional sleeping area with two California king beds and includes a full bathroom

- The pool will be heated starting at the end of February 2023; an extra fee may apply.
- Mary, the housekeeper, has been with the owner for 13 years and is highly trustworthy. She will clean, wash dishes, and make beds. Laundry and cooking services are available for an additional tip—her green salsa with avocado is highly recommended.

What a great spot sitting in the living room with the giant glass doors opened and the breeze coming through is heaven. My only regret is we didn’t get to REALLY enjoy the place due to my son’s wedding and his events but the time we did have was AWESOME. Highly recommend and VERY responsive. Thanks for everything, LUS!!!!!! See you guys again next year

Great place to stay!! In a private community with security 24/7. About a 10 minute Uber ride to the Marina. Host was very friendly and responsive. House included cleaning service, Maribel was super friendly!!

Sin duda es uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. La atención desde el inicio fue muy buena, de verdad son grandes anfitriones. La casa es muy grande, bonita y moderna. Se agradece que cuenten con todo lo relacionado a la ubicación: toallas de alberca, inflables, sillas para jardín, camastros, hieleras, etc. La ubicación es privilegiada, estás a pocos minutos de la marina, hay súper mercados y oxxos muy cerca. Es una zona muy tranquila, hay privacidad y bonita vista del atardecer. Los anfitriones son muy flexibles y atentos. Se agradece que te hagan sentir como en casa. Sin duda es un lugar que recomendaría si vienes a Los Cabos.

I had a great relaxing vacation in this house. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to relax or have some fun in cabo. This house has a beautiful sunset seen from the roof, has a great pool, in addition the pool gets clean every day, beautiful outdoor cooking and overall just a great house to spend your vacation! 10/10 for sure and luz was so helpful at all times she definitely can help with what every your stay needs; she was very flexible with arrival and checking out and that’s a big help for all of us! Overall I had an amazing stay.

We had a great time staying at Luis’ place. The house was welcoming and a great stay for a group of 6 guys celebrating a bachelor. The outdoor area was great. We made good use of the pool and the outdoor kitchen. The highlight of this place was Luz and how responsive and helpful she is. She assisted with setting up transportation and activities while we were down in Cabo San Lucas. This place is in a gated community which was peaceful and safe. Would recommend to anyone looking for something similar to what is offered.
