Newly remodeled Casa Buena Vibra (House with Good Vibes)

Casa Buena Vibra was a peaceful oasis to return to each day. Loved the floor plan, ceiling fans, front porch, king size bed and washer/dryer. The location was quiet and the landscaping was lush. Highly recommend this rental unit!

Tim was very friendly and always responded to questions quickly. The place was clean and easy to check in and good location.

We enjoyed our visit to Playa Potrero and the surrounding areas. This air bnb is in a good location and a short drive to good restaurants, marina, beaches and the grocery store.

This is the second time I've stayed with Tim. Great communicator and very responsive. The place is at the back of the complex so was quiet and peaeful... just what I wanted. And of all Costa Rica, Portrero is definitely one of just a couple top tier places. Thanks Tim and Fabian. We'll be back!

Tim and Fabian’s place is beautifully updated! It’s exactly like the pictures. The complex has a beautiful pool and the guards are friendly. It’s a lovely oasis to return back to after the beaches 🏝️

Great location and walkable to restaurants, beach, grocery stores, etc. Fabulous spot on the coast and easy to get to other beaches with car or golf cart. The development is well kept although not many flowers but that could be because of the dryness. The only thing I would suggest is there needs to be more chairs at the pool. The pool was amazing and really good if you have small children as it has a walk in shallow end. Workers in development very friendly. We felt very safe at all times. I would say this is a really good short term rental place. This casita is tucked away at the end of the development and the homes on both sides have folks that are full time residents so we did not have to deal with people in and out of rentals. Both neighbours were very friendly. We will return to this development (Villagio 2). Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. Joe & Liz

El lugar es muy tranquilo, ordenado, su ubicación es excelente, en el alojamiento hay todo lo que se necesita y los jardines y área de piscina son muy agradables. Tim fue muy amable y servicial, siempre contestaba rápido los mensajes.
