Casa Cappuchin is a modern, four-level home situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the tropical rainforest and the vast blue ocean. Its innovative design enhances the coastal living experience by blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The open walls facing the water invite the natural surroundings inside, creating a strong connection with nature. Wildlife encounters are common, with monkeys, sloths, birds, and iguanas frequently visible from the villa’s terraces.

This luxurious villa accommodates 8 to 10 guests across four bedrooms and is fully equipped with amenities to ensure comfort and convenience. The kitchen includes a microwave, blender, and wine cooler. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring ceiling fans and a refreshing ocean breeze, complemented by a private pool. Additional amenities include WiFi, a stereo system, and cable TV.

Bedroom details:

• Master bedroom: king-size bed, private bathroom, ocean view, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.
• Second bedroom: king-size bed, private bathroom, ocean view, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.
• Third bedroom: queen-size bed, twin bed, private bathroom, balcony with jungle view, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.
• Fourth bedroom (off an internal courtyard): queen-size bed, private bathroom, sitting room (loft), partial ocean view, and air conditioning.

Daily maid service is provided except on Sundays and national holidays. Chef services are available upon request. Concierge assistance is offered for tours, activities, clubs, and shopping information.

Ideal for honeymooners, couples, families, and mid-size groups, Casa Cappuchin offers a private and tranquil setting that ensures a peaceful atmosphere. At the same time, it is conveniently close to various attractions, services, and restaurants.

Note: Due to the proximity of the pool and high balconies, this home is not recommended for small children.
