The Space
La Miraje is a spacious, modern villa featuring chic contemporary decor. This new home offers over 3,000 square feet of living space, including expansive terraces and private garden patios, ensuring you never feel confined. High ceilings and large, nearly floor-to-ceiling windows fill the villa with natural light, while reflective antique white porcelain floors help keep the interior cool.
The villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Sprawling patios are connected by a reflecting pool that runs along the edge of the property, perfect for relaxing with a cocktail. The outdoor area includes a grill island and wet bar, ideal for preparing fresh catches of the day.

The kitchen is designed for culinary enthusiasts and is fully equipped with professional-grade stainless steel appliances, including:

La Miraje offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms, featuring:
- Master bedroom with one queen bed and private bathroom
- Second bedroom with one full bed, bathroom, and couch futon

All bedrooms include contemporary platform beds dressed with high-end linens. Additional sleeping options include two daybeds and two Barcelona-style futons. The bathrooms are modern and come stocked with towels. In total, the villa has six showers.

Jack was a fantastic, kind host. He was ready to greet us as soon as we arrived and provided recommendations on places to go/things to see. When we asked where we could find coconuts, we came home one day to find our fridge full with coconuts. Can’t recommend him enough!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this house, locally known as “La Miraje” (The Mirage). The house looks and feels exactly like the photos - and it’s even better to be in the place. The art, colors, fixtures, and architecture are all peak. We enjoyed sitting out on the massive deck every morning, listening to the surrounding wildlife and people. Monkeys and macaws appeared in the trees every day as if they were squirrels and robins back home. It never got old! The concierge, Jose, was extremely responsive and helpful, and tended to the home every day while we were out exploring. He always had a quick helpful answers to questions about the property and surroundings, and helped us book excursions with excellent providers. We are so glad we chose this home as our base during such a memorable vacation, and would absolutely stay there again.

Beutiful home near everything in manuel antonio. Monkey and toucan visit the roof often. Pool was great after a long day at the beach. The host was great. Beds are a bit firm like others have said, but they were ok for the 4 nights we were there. Recommend playa playita beach with a 4x4. Can drive right down and park on the beach under the trees.

Had the BEST time at Jack’s beautiful home. Jose was super friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed right away. We enjoyed our mornings on the beautiful deck while watching the lovely scarlet macaws. Loved that we also had the ability to walk to many amazing local restaurants. Would love to return one day!

Jack’s home was a wonderful place for my family and I to rest our heads after our busy days of excursions and sightseeing. The house was spacious and very inviting. Jack helped us pick out excursions and help us set them up. He also recommended restaurants in the area that we definitely enjoyed and was a wonderful host. Our family appreciated his hospitality and enjoyed his home. Thank you for sharing a little bit of your Costa Rica lifestyle with us. We hope to be back soon! Pura Vida!
