Home updated, everything nice and new. High vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, overlooking a jungle area. Nice and private. Good outdoor space. Amazing shared pool with beautiful landscaping. Excellent location: walkable to restaurants and to the beach but tucked away on more quiet street (Calle Los Mangos). Most of the other houses in the complex are tucked away so you don't really see them. There is a house next door whose back porch area abuts yours and that is fine if the neighbors are quiet but slightly annoying if they are hanging out late on the porch chatting. Host friendly and communicative, immediately helpful with any questions/issues. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely loved this home. Great for our family of 5. Close enough to the beach without hearing the nightlife. Love and Gabby were always a quick text away for any questions and general support. We would definitely come back to this spot again.

This place was awesome! Had great surf the whole weekend and close drive to other surf breaks. Pool was amazing after a long day out in the surf.

We had a fantastic stay at Love's property. This is a perfect location to explore Nosara. The space is actually much larger than it looks in the photos. We were a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and we appreciated the generous size of the home. Every room in the home has both an air conditioner and ceiling fan which makes it easy to relax and sleep despite the heat outside. The large covered porch has 3 hammocks, an outdoor dining area and rocking chairs to enjoy the outdoor space. The location is centrally located making everything accessible within a 10-15 walk. The pool provided a great mid day escape. We would highly recommend this property

great place for our family of five. there was more than enough space and is bigger than pictured. extra bonus to have laundry and a cleaning service! there is lots of privacy and great outdoor space with a covered patio and hammocks. thanks Love for the amazing vacation in Nosara. we can't wait to come back!

Jodie's house was perfect for our family of four including two teenagers. We could easily walk to the beach and storage was perfect for surf and boogie boards - rinse outside and store inside. The pool was a fabulous spot during the really hot hours. The living room/kitchen was great for games and reading and everyone felt like they had the privacy they needed. We didn't cook much because of all the great restaurant options but the kitchen had everything we could have needed. Having our own parking spot was great - though we didn't use our car much because of the location. Jodie connected us with a great surf instructor who also rented us a board for the week as well as a charter that took us deeps fishing one day - caught lots of fish and saw another side of the area - dolphins, porpoise, turtles, and rays leaping into the sky. We highly recommend Jodie's place!

Loved this place! We went to 2 young kids and def needed a golf cart to get everywhere. Beach is “walking” distance BUT we def needed a golf cart. The place was clean, big and private! Host was very responsive. Def recommend!!

Delightful stay! So peaceful, private, and close to everything you could want or need in Nosara. Casa Selva is a beautiful house — airy, comfortable and convenient, and all surrounding grounds / pool / paths are so well maintained. We will be back!

Casa Selva was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to relax, explore, and enjoy Nosara from. The house was gorgeous and comfortable, the hammocks are of course amazing, and we all, kids and parents alike, all enjoyed the pool immensely. Jodie and her staff made everything so easy for us. We hope to come and stay again soon, but for a longer visit!
