Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Dominical. Great getaway to immerse into nature and the beach. Enjoy relaxing by the poolside or swinging in the hammocks while enjoying the expansive ocean view and sunsets! A surfer's paradise as the point break is easily viewed! We are located on a hillside, 1.5km away from Dominical village, which offers boutique style stores, cafés/restaurants & bars. The beach is .5 Km from the villa across the street from the community. The space The Villa is located on the main floor and is an open concept studio that offers a breathtaking 180° view of the ocean! There is a QUEEN sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, NEW AC, high speed fiber optic internet/WiFi and private bathroom with HOT WATER. The living space is bright due to its floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that offer an indoor-outdoor flow onto a covered spacious patio. On the front patio you will find two cozy swing chair hammocks to relax in while viewing the beautiful toucans, scarlet macaws, monkeys and other exotic wild life. You can also enjoy watching spectacular sunsets or enjoy a romantic dinner. On one side of the Villa is a patio deck where you can dip in the dipping pool or retire on the lounge chairs while reading your favorite book. A gas barbecue grill and outdoor shower are also available in this area. On the other side of the Villa is a garden area that has a concrete table with benches that you can use for sight seeing and/or enjoying a lunch. The property lies on an acre hillside land that displays a beautiful landscape of different tropical palms, trees and plants. Guest access Guests will have full access to the front patio area, hammock chairs, dipping pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, concrete table with benches & all lounge chairs. Other things to note - Please be prepared to walk up steps to get to the main floor of the home. - Unfortunately, due to allergies, NO PETS are allowed. - To ensure a comfortable stay, we only allow infants under the age of 1 year old and can provide a cot/pack n’ play to accommodate the infant at no extra charge. - We do not allow children between the ages of 1 - 10 due to the balcony and stairs risks. - Early Check-In requests, if available, may be allowed for a $25 fee.

Lissette’s place was absolutely perfect for our first stop in Costa Rica. The villa had breathtaking views of the beach, was very clean, and was extremely well maintained — immersed in lush tropical trees, flowers, and plants. The size of the villa was just right for two, with a full kitchen and modern bathroom. The best part was waking up in the morning with coffee, sitting on the porch and watching all of the wildlife wake up while watching the surfers hit the beach. Toucans, macaws, hummingbirds, were all over. It was very close to Dominical restaurants and a short drive to popular tourist destinations. The drive up to the place the first go around was *an experience, but absolutely worth it! If you want peace, tranquility, and a million dollar view, this is your place!

This villa was a piece of heaven on earth for my partner and I. We truly enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The home is very small but absolutely perfect for bonding and spending quality time with each other. The beach is a short 8min drive.

Great stay, the drive in the neighborhood is a little rough the pavement breaking to rough gravel and large rocks. I was glad I had a 4x4. Overall we were happy with the place, Dominical itself is a very small surfer town, with rocky beach. Great sandy beaches just farther south-

I booked the placed based on the beautiful pictures showing the views. The views were possible, but there were shrubs and grass blocking them. I wanted to wake up to the ocean view but we could’t keep our curtains open because people would pass by going to the shared space. The “pool” is approximately 3’ x 6’ which is intended to be shared by three to four other efficiency apartments and is not well maintained as it is coated with a layer of white slime that caused my husband to take a bad fall. The hosts are responsive. The AC didn’t work and was leaking all down the wall. At first when I reported it she assured me the AC was working but when I sent a photo of the wet towels soaking up the water over night, she believed me and sent someone. When we reported wasps making a nest above the door, we were left a can of bug spray later that afternoon. While we were spending the day sitting by the pool, we saw the cleaning lady many times as she swept and cleaned other apartments.

¡El lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones en pareja! Súper privado, con vistas increíbles, muy limpio y acogedor. El acceso es facilísimo y la ubicación está buenísima: todo queda cerca y hay un montón de lugares que visitar y cosas por hacer. Lissette fue una host increíble, siempre atenta, amable y rápida para responder. Nos encantó todo, ¡súper recomendable y sin duda vamos a volver!
