The Space

This private home features two houses combined into one property, offering ample space for family relaxation. The main house includes an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and family room, along with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A covered patio overlooks a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi.

Adjacent to the pool, there is a spacious gazebo equipped with a bar, kitchen, pizza oven, and grill. The second house contains a media room, a bathroom, and a large master bedroom.

The entire property is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans for comfort. It is located within a private, gated community.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

• Main house:
  • Master bedroom: one king-size bed and one pull-out twin-size bed
  • Second bedroom: two twin-size beds and one pull-out twin-size bed
  • Third bedroom: one king-size bed and one twin-size bed
• Extra house:
  • Master bedroom: one king-size bed and one twin-size bed

The bedroom layout is designed to accommodate couples with children comfortably.

Guest Access

Guests have access to all areas of the property except for:

• Storage rooms containing equipment such as the well motor, pool equipment, and automatic water system
• The service staff bedroom

Location

The home is within walking distance to the beach and offers easy access to nearby restaurants, stores, and other amenities.

Rules and Additional Information

• No pets are allowed on the property.
• The maximum number of guests permitted at any time is 12, including adults and children.
• The sleeping arrangements are intended for couples with children; the property does not accommodate 12 adults comfortably.
• Please notify the host immediately if anything breaks or malfunctions during your stay.
