The Space

Villa La Estancia is a luxurious 2,200 square foot residence located on the third floor of a five-star resort on the beautiful, swimmable Medano Beach. Unit 1306 features two spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, plus a third full bathroom adjacent to the large living room. The villa offers a full kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, and an expansive balcony terrace that spans the entire suite.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a desk, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a desk, and its own full bathroom. The living room contains a pull-out sofa bed and a third full bathroom with a shower, ensuring every guest has access to a private bathroom.

The villa is elegantly finished with marble floors, granite countertops, and travertine tile throughout. Ceiling fans and cable flat-screen TVs are available in every room. Entertainment options include DVD and stereo systems in the living room and a DVD player in the master bedroom.
