A very nice place with an amazing view. Everything was super comfortable. We were able to get a good rest! If you don't mind staying a little far from Pajanachel, it's worth it. It's very close by tuk-tuk, and they help you contact a driver to take you there.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation has a spectacular view of Lake Atitlán, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. In addition, the Villas Ónix team was always very attentive to our needs, responding quickly and providing excellent service throughout the stay. It's definitely a place I recommend and would come back to.

It was one of our favorite stays in Guatemala. The place is wonderful, it has a prime view, the jacuzzi is incredible, they left us amenities, and everything was impeccable. It's just that you have to climb a bit to get to the place, but the view is totally worth it. The host was wonderful. They helped us with our luggage at all times and put us in touch with a Tuktuk driver who was practically our driver for the entire stay. Everything was wonderful. 100% recommended and I would return without hesitation.

Fue de nuestros hospedajes favoritos en Guatemala, el lugar es maravilloso, tiene una vista privilegiada, el jacuzzi increíble, nos dejaron amenidades, todo estaba impecable. Solo que si tienes que subir algo para llegar al hospedaje pero la vista vale totalmente la pena. El anfitrión fue maravilloso, nos ayudaron con las maletas en todo momento y nos contactó con un Tuktuk que prácticamente fue nuestro chofer toda la estancia, todo estuvo maravilloso, 100% recomendado y volvería sin dudarlo

A beautiful place to rest, far from everything, but if you come down from Acatenango, it's the best place to rest your body. The host is an excellent person and very attentive.

Our stay was perfect. Gabriel helped us a lot with getting there. Just send him a message and he'll send you a tuk-tuk and help. It's very nice: The place is magical; you don't get tired of the view. The comfort is top notch. We had hot water in the Jacuzzi every day, and it was very hot. Perfect spot for a break after hiking on the volcano. We loved it. Thank you 🤩

Notre séjour a été parfait. Gabriel nous a bien aidé pour arriver. Il suffit juste de lui envoyer un message et il vous envoie un tuktuk et de l’aide . C’est très appréciable : Le lieu est magique, on ne se lasse pas de la vue le confort et au maximum. Nous avons eu eau chaude jacuzzi tous les jours était bien chaud. Our stay in Santa Catarina Palopó was amazing! The room was beautiful with stunning views, a comfortable bed, and a great jacuzzi! The Onix Collections team was always quick to respond when arranging tuk tuks to Panajachel and an in-room massage. You must take advantage of having Blanca give you the best massage of your life! They also helped carry our bags, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is stocked with a stove, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, dishes, utensils, and a large jug of purified water, making it easy to stay in or explore. Jenna’s River B&B, just across the street from the reception, is a great nearby option for breakfast or dinner. A few notes: the walk to the room is very steep but 100% worth it for the view. We also noticed an occasional bathroom plumbing odor, which we reported and they said they’d look into it. Keeping the bathroom door closed solved it. Favorite restaurants: Al Jouri Kitchen, Restaurante Utz Ik, Tacoffee, Dolce Gelato, and 7 Caldos.

Wonderful place, perfect for disconnecting from technology and immersing yourself in a spectacular landscape!!! Highly recommended, I loved it!!!

This place is a dream. The view of the lake is simply spectacular! The house is very well equipped for a very comfortable and quiet stay. The hosts were friendly the whole time and were very attentive to us. It's definitely worth staying here. It was a beautiful experience.

The cabin is very nice. Gabriel is super helpful, but we never realized that the cabin is located in an area that is difficult to access. Cars and tuk-tuks don't go up, so be prepared to walk for 15 minutes. The path is super steep. Otherwise, the view is beautiful and the people are helpful with anything you need.

La cabaña muy linda, Gabriel súper atento pero nunca vimos que la cabaña esta ubicada en una zona de difícil acceso, no suben carros ni Tuktuk así que prepárate para caminar por 15 min, el camino súper empinado, del resto la vista preciosa y las personas atentas a cualquier cosa que se necesita

We had a great stay! Like other reviews mention, the walk uphill is definitely a challenge and caught us by surprise on the first day, but the views are totally worth it. The hosts were great, helped us with our luggage, and were very responsive. We had no issues getting tuk-tuks to and from the city, and the Airbnb had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be to add a small shelf or shower caddy for shampoo and soap instead of leaving everything on the floor. Other than that, everything was exactly as described. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and even better. The area is 5 minutes by tuc tuc from Panajachel, which makes it very easy to get around. The views are spectacular, and from the beginning, they welcomed us with excellent service! We recommend it 100%

Great stay with a nice and attentive staff. Very steep hike up and down,  but the view was worth it. Only issue is that there was no hot water. I was told to let the water run for 5 mins but the hot water never came.

We had an amazing stay! The views from the cabin were absolutely beautiful and made our trip even more memorable. The cabin itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was also fantastic—very close to Panajachel, making it easy to either walk into town or take a quick tuk-tuk ride. We also appreciated the excellent job the receptionist and security staff did in helping keep our car safe and secure during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay with stunning views! The property was beautiful, clean and exactly as describes. The host and the co-host were incredibly helpful, assisting with tuk-tuk. There is a short hike up to the property but the staff will gladly help you with the luggage. The experience was absolutely worth it.

10/10 - Super communication and help. We were able to store our luggage, and his sons were already downstairs with the suitcases for the pickup. The apartment was also great!

The Onix houses are perched directly on a hill overlooking the lake (the views are unreal!). Gabriel and the rest of the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and the homes were very cute. The homes are a 10ish minute tuk tuk ride to pana and there are a few restaurants around but the location is quite remote (perfect if that is what you are looking for :)). We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!! The climb to the AirBnB is no joke but well worth it for the view! Take advantage of the Tuk Tuk and driver contacts that the hosts provide - they were the best part of the trip!

The views are amazing! Staff were very responsive and helpful. Location is out of town, just be prepared to tuktuk whenever coming or going. Best equipped kitchen I have ever seen. Unfortunately the bathroom stank and the floors have never been mopped. There was also minor construction right under the unit during the week. Do not use the laundry service, I was overchaged and items came back stained.

Very nice place, very conveniently located and close to Panajachel. Various services are offered, such as transportation and tours. The staff are the real stars of this Airbnb. Mauricio, Leonardo, and everyone involved are extremely friendly and ready to help at all times and with everything! I highly recommend this place if you need guidance on how to manage your stay at the lake and if you want a good view of the lake. Please note that to get to the Airbnb, you have to climb a steep hill and several flights of stairs.

Lindísimo lugar, muy estratégico y cerca de Panajachel. Se ofrecen varios servicios, como transportes y tours. El staff es la gran estrella de este Airbnb. Mauricio, Leonardo y todos los involucrados son sumamente amables para ayudar en todo momento y para todo! Recomiendo mucho este lugar si necesitas guías sobre cómo manejar la estadía en el lago y si quieres una buena vista al lago Tomar en consideración que para llegar al Airbnb hay que subir una cuesta pronunciada y varias escaleras

We highly recommend this place. From the moment we arrived, Leonardo and Mauricio were incredibly kind and helpful, making all the tuk-tuk arrangements for both our arrival and the rest of our stay. Issac, our tuk-tuk driver, was equally wonderful—always available, attentive, and ready with great recommendations. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. The team was consistently hospitable and efficient. Scheduling transportation was effortless, check-in was quick and easy, and their local tips really enhanced our trip. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially loved the jacuzzi and the beautiful views. Its location is also a big plus—just a short distance from downtown, making it perfect for dining out and exploring on foot. We can’t wait to be back! 🫶🏻

My boyfriend & I stayed here for his birthday and our first time in Guatamala and it was amazing! The view is so incredible & it’s in a very quiet spot. The tuk tuks were able to pick us up and take us on a short drive to the center of Panajachel. Gabriel & the other hosts were so quick to respond any time we needed them & the place was clean & well kept! Staying here made the whole experience even better!

Had a great time at Gabriel’s place. The host was really communicative, the description matched the photos and the apartment was super tidy. In terms of the location, you got the best of both worlds — peace and quiet but also close enough to the downtown area. The hill that leads to the apartment is definitely no joke, so please be aware of that. Thankfully, there are folks in the office who are kind enough to assist with your luggage. Overall, had a great time!

This is a gorgeous cabin for a luxurious yet cosy stay. The cabin had incredible views, looking right out onto the lake which allowed for catching beautiful sunrises. The place was super clean, came with all utensils needs and the jacuzzi was a nice little edition. Only downside was lots of barking by stray dogs in the area one night but cant fault Gabriel for that. We loved our stay and would happily stay again!

Beautiful place to stay! The views are outstanding. The Airbnb is extremely comfortable w a very comfy bed and fully equipped. The hot tub is a great addition. The staff was so helpful and it’s only a 10 min TukTuk drive to Pana. The walk up to the cabin is very steep, If you have mobility issues it might be difficult. But it’s 100% worth the walk up to cabin if you don’t have issues. Staff helps w luggage so that’s not an issue. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed in Casita Nube for 6 nights, February 2026. We had a lovely relaxing time enjoying the magnificent views, jacuzzi, the comfortable bed (at last 🤪) fresh sheets and plentiful towels. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare & cook food in, although we didn’t cook anything. A toaster oven was a very welcomed addition. A TV on a mobile stand enabled us to position the TV where we could enjoy the view and be entertained or just move it totally out of the way! The Casita is positioned quite high up and enabled us to get more steps in 😜 with the steep slope followed by a few steps up to the view of the magnificent lake and volcanoes. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Great place, cozy and wonderful views. Friendly staff. The cabin have everything you need if you bring food to prepare. There are some food delivery options if you order in the day or before 6:00pm.

A peaceful get away just outside of Panajachel. Gabe was a great host and the Onix group provided everything we could think of. The views were beautiful and the hot tub was a great way to wind down. Gabe even coordinated in home massages for me and my partner! 10/10 experiance.

Gabriel’s place is truly a gem -- everything was flawless. The view was absolutely stunning, with the lake visible both from the balcony and directly from the room. The studio itself is brand new and beautifully maintained. At the bottom of the path leading up to the apartment, there’s a small office/reception area where we received a very warm and thoughtful welcome. I highly recommend this place, especially for its breathtaking view. Just keep in mind that the way up to the apartment is very steep, which may be important to consider.

Beautiful place. The sunset view is unbeatable, especially from the Jacuzzi. We really enjoyed the apartment. The only issue is the location. If you don't have a car, you have to take a tuk tuk everywhere, plus the climb to the apartment is extremely steep and tiring. Except for this detail, everything is excellent. The guys help you with your luggage and calling taxis. The place is beautiful. I recommend it for those looking for days of relaxation or a romantic getaway.

Hermoso lugar. La vista del atardecer es inmejorable, más desde el jacuzzi. Disfrutamos mucho el departamento. El único problema es la ubicación. Si no llevas carro, desde forzosamente tomar tuk tuk a cualquier lugar, además de la subida al departamento que es sumamente inclinado y cansado. Salvo este detalle, todo es excelente. Los chicos te ayudan con tu equipaje y a llamar a los taxis. El lugar es hermoso. Lo recomiendo para quien busca días de relajación o escapada romántica.

The view!! As soon as you step foot in this apartment it takes your breath away. The hot tub was lovely in the evening, the bed was comfy, the shower had amazing pressure and the attentiveness of the host was fantastic. The casita is outside of town and up a very, very steep driveway (the tuktuks will only bring you to the bottom) but there was always someone available to help with bags and assist. We were very impressed with how readily available help was if we needed it. Highly recommend this spot.

Gabriel was so responsive to all my questions and made our stay great. They were very hospitable and treated us so kindly. The views were beautiful and you can’t beat a private hot tub. They connected us with a Tuktuk driver that was half the price of the one we found on our own. They were so happy to help us the whole stay and carried our luggage up to our room. I would definitely stay here and recommend it to others. It is about a 10-15 drive by Tuktuk out of the Panajachel so that’s something to consider. However you really feel out in nature with the mountain and lake view and it was nice to be more out of the hustle and bustle of town.

Great place to say, only complaint I had was the laundry service, don’t use laundry service, I had about 8 lbs of clothes and they tried to charge me for 18 lbs

An excellent place to appreciate the beauty of the lake, wake up with the volcanoes or watch the sunset behind them. It was worth every moment we were there, and to that add a kitchen with all the necessary amenities and more, and a comfortable room like no other in the area. The wonders that God made for us, his children, are impressive. The cabin has an impressive view, something out of the ordinary. There are no words to describe so much beauty. My husband and I enjoyed it so much and we had a closeness with God. We got down on our knees and said thank you God for this opportunity to be able to enjoy your greatness. The best of the best, everything was excellent! I recommend it 200%. Thank you for everything Gabriel, the truth is everything was excellent.

This place is so beautiful! The views can’t be beat. We were greeted upon arrival and were given a ride to our room and helped with our bags. Hospitality was so amazing- they arraigned  a taxi to Antigua as well as a tuk tuk into town for dinner and answered questions very quickly. Would stay here again!

Beautiful studio with the best view in Lake Atlitan. The studio has heated jacuzzi, queen size bed, a sofa, hot water shower and a kitchen with microwave, oven and fridge. To reach the studio one needs to do a bit of hiking uphill, thankfully they help with the heavy bags. Great for people without mobility issues. it is possible to walk to panajachel but tuktuk for 40Q is a better faster safer option.

if I could give this place more then 5 stars I would. A true  paradise it was a joy to stay here.  I felt just like I was at home very comfortable with beautiful surroundings.  It was everything a person could ask for and more !! thank you so much for and I definitely  will be returning if you will have me !!

The place is amazing! They helped us get our bags up because it's very steep and the cart we rented didn't reach the top, but they brought our bags in a 4x4. The views are breathtaking, all the amenities were perfect and they even left us repellent, they were really super attentive to us.

We had a wonderful stay! The place has a beautiful view and was very comfortable and relaxing—perfect for unwinding. The only minor downside was the limited food delivery options in the area. I’d recommend heading into town for a meal and then coming back to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overall experience was great!

Views and cabin were amazing. The crew was also very polite and helpful. The hill up to the cabin is very steep. I was sore after hiking Acatenango volcano, and it killed me every time. However, it was very peaceful and quiet up there. The hot tub was clean and warmed up pretty nicely.

One of the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed at: unbeatable view with the lake and the 3 vulkanos from the bed/jacuzzi. Super comfortable pillows and bed, nice interior design, proper hot water. We can’t imagine a better stay than chilling in our private jacuzzi, enjoying the view of Lake Atitlan/birdwathing. Our hosts were very helpful and quick with organizing tuktukrides for There is a  delicious syrian restaurant close to the flat, highly recomended. Besides the stairs mentioned in the description, there was a steep incline.

From the minute we arrived everyone was super hospitable & super nice before we even arrived. I inquired about massages. They were quick to book us two massages in room, then we were having some trouble trying to order some food. They were kind enough to place the order for us and have it delivered. The views from this balcony are absolutely amazing. Easy to get around to the other towns as well.

The place was absolutely beautiful! Although there were quite a few steps, the views made it completely worth it. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Yerly was amazing, super responsive and helped arrange transportation to and from Panajachel, which is only about an 8-minute drive away. I would highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay for amazing views and privacy. It is close to two towns and the place is very well set up. The people in charge are super helpful and nice and have a lot of worthy recommendations. Would come again

I loved the location and the spot. I will definitely book again but at a lower location. To get to the Airbnb there is about a 40-50 ft climb on a steep incline which made it difficult but it was worth it!

This place is absolutely in the clouds, sweeping views of the lake, excellent jacuzzi, great bird watching. Super comfy bed. So romantic and lovely, my partner and I enjoyed every moment. Small kitchen but everything you need is there. Shower is intermittent but functional. Leonardo took great care of us. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in Gabriels apartment. It is a short tuk tuk ride out of Pana (it always easy to get a tuk tuk in and out) and a brief clime up a steep road that keeps your fitness level up -  but all leads to the most amazing view you can have at lake Atitlan!  The apartment was exactly as described, with a fully equipped kitchen, hot water and beautiful setting. Smooth and very friendly communication with the hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here!
