The Space
Osa Marmaris is a luxury eco-villa situated in a unique location surrounded by nature and the sea. This beachfront Costa Rican home offers an ideal retreat for nature enthusiasts seeking comfort and sophistication. Designed by one of Costa Rica’s top architectural firms, the property features a detached bungalow concept that provides privacy while allowing guests to gather easily in the social areas just steps away.
Each bungalow is custom-made with tasteful furniture and finishes, including beautiful Costa Rican hardwood floors and stylish wooden furnishings. The spacious living area includes a bar, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open dining room, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.
From every room, you can enjoy invigorating oceanfront views. The master bungalow has a king-size bed, while two additional bungalows (in a two-story building) each contain two double beds. Every bungalow includes a private luxury bathroom, an outdoor hot water shower, a fan, and a balcony furnished with a table and two rocking chairs.

Osa Marmaris is located just minutes from Backwash Bay, where you can relax on warm white sand or surf at one of Matapalo’s best spots, accessible directly through the villa’s garden during high tide. The property is surrounded by natural attractions such as beaches, waterfalls, surfing areas, fishing facilities, and opportunities for outdoor activities.
Monkeys and macaws frequently visit the garden, adding to the immersive natural experience.

We could not have had a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. The home is positively incredible, the location is perfect and the wildlife was abundant each day. The breeze from the water, as well as the noise of the waves on the rocks was so soothing. This is our third stay in the area and by far our favorite house! Isaac is a wonderful caretaker of the home, lovely and gentle spirited. He answered all of our questions. it was very hard to leave this gorgeous place. We could not be more grateful.

Ximena’s property was great for our family of 4. Incredible views and property close to surf. Kitchen had everything needed. House was cleaned every day and Isaac( the caretaker) and Ximena were very kind , responsive & honest. Thank you! Gracias & Pura Vida!

la route pour accéder aux lieux est terrible; ça nécessite un 4x4. Très belle environnement, avec beaucoup de vie animale et d'oiseaux.
