Private Villa 5BR, Large groups Close to the Beach

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Everything was as described and Viri was very helpful. The area is close enough to all of the attractions in the hotel district and the beaches.

Viri was a great host. We had a party of 13 guests. The area felt very safe and was close to the hotel zone. We had no issues whatsoever and was surprised that we even had a maid. That was a plus! Would recommend to anyone!

Viri was very responsive and helpful. The home was very spacious and she was able to accommodate my whole family comfortably.

We had a great stay at Viri's place for my bachelor party. The house was very spacious, clean and the AC worked great! Viri was a awesome host and very responsive to any questions we had. She gave recommendations for restaurants and things to do around town. I would recommend her house to anyone planning a trip to cancun especially with a large group.

The house was beautiful. All the activities that Viri helped us plan were well thought out, met and exceeded expectations and were so much fun. The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was well stocked when we got there and there was plenty of room for 15 of us. Location was perfect - rented cabanas at one of the resorts across the street and walked to dinner a few nights. The personal chef was incredible. And the dinner at Taboo was an absolute blast and must do. Massages were incredible. The boat day was my personal favorite, the captain and crew went above and beyond and made the day perfect. My only complaint was a lack of proactive communication from Viri - things were sometimes not explained ahead of time which created some stress and confusion with payment and how and when to get to our activities.

Viri was a good host , very responsive when we had questions. The bride loved the decor in her room and the living room . The pool was relaxing. The location is about 10 min from the hotels and the clubs ( senior frogs coco bongo etc) . There are some beaches and markets within a walkable area. The Wi-Fi was very choppy and we could not get a consistent connection but other than that we had a great stay

The host Viri was absolutely amazing and knew everything about Cancun and where to be. Her home is very welcoming and is beyond beautiful! The location is amazing too, 20 minute to the strip or a quick 5 minute Uber. If you are looking for a relaxing home to get away from home this is the place.

Very good host we gave us everything we ask for and more. Extremely flexible with check in and check out . Only downside was there was lots of dogs barking in the neighbourhood which woke us early. Would recommend
