This home is centrally situated in Heredia, known as the heart of Costa Rica. It is just a 10-minute drive from the convention center, free trade zones, restaurants, and golf courses. The property is located within a secure gated community offering beautiful mountain views. Beaches are accessible within a 1 to 2-hour drive.

Other Important Information

1. The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old.
2. No visitors, pets, or parties are allowed on the premises.
3. All guest names and birth years must be provided to the host at least 24 hours before check-in for access approval.
4. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house, garage, patio, and anywhere within the community in accordance with homeowners association bylaws.
5. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
6. Amenities are available from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Violations of these rules may result in fines and cancellation of the reservation.
