WaveSong Villa is a peaceful 5-bedroom, 5-bath home with sweeping ocean and jungle views near Dominical & Uvita. With vaulted wood ceilings, a well stocked kitchen, an open floor plan, and surrounded by nature, it’s perfect for families, couples, or friends. Enjoy ocean breezes, frequent wildlife, a private pool, and incredible sunsets from wide porches. A separate apartment next door can also be added for larger groups. The space WaveSong Villa is a classic Spanish-style home perched above Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific Coast between Dominical and Uvita. The open floor plan features vaulted wood ceilings, wide sliding doors, and sweeping views of the ocean and jungle. There are 5 bedrooms, each with its own bath and A/C (2 kings, 3 queens). Three bedrooms open to ocean-view porches, one to the pool, and the master suite has a private deck among the trees where monkeys often wander. Inside, enjoy comfortable living areas with new furnishings, a smart TV, and plenty of space to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped—complete with a pass-through window to the pool and one of the best sink views anywhere. Outside, relax by the ocean-view pool, fire up the grill, or unwind in a rocking chair on the two long covered porches. Guests love watching toucans, parrots, monkeys, and even whales during migration season. WaveSong is a tranquil, open retreat where guests can relax, watch wildlife, and enjoy breathtaking coastal vistas. A perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and experience pura vida. Guest access The entire house is yours, accessed via private gate. Separate apartment next door also rents and has king bed, bath, small kitchen and incredible views. This may be rented by others or can be added to main house rental. If rented separately, pool use is not allowed to apartment renters - kept private for main house. There is not anyone else on site. We are available 24/7 and can be reached via message or text if something comes up. However, if something requires in-person attention, that can take some time to arrange. POWER OUTAGES: It is not uncommon in this area to lose power. Usually it is for a very few minutes, but, very rarely, it can be longer. Candles and battery powered lights are available if needed. The internet should automatically reboot once power is restored. 4WD or AWD is required. The road up to house from main road is steep gravel, labeled 4wd only just before the drive to house. To be comfortable anywhere we go in Costa Rica we always rent AWD or 4WD. SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras on property. One near the front door of big house and the other near the stairs of the apartment. They will be on.

This home truly surpassed expectations. We extended our stay in Costa Rica last-minute and needed a place quickly. Although it was initially unavailable until the next day, the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us early, which made a huge difference. The home and property were impeccable—clean, well-equipped, and set in an incredible location with breathtaking views. The wildlife alone made the stay unforgettable: howler monkeys, toucans, hummingbirds, geckos, frogs, and so much more right outside the door. We were out exploring most days, but coming back always felt like something special. With views like that, I imagine whale sightings are possible too. We would absolutely return. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This place is perfect for multiple couples. We had 4 couples stay for 9 nights and the space was great. Beautiful views, gorgous pool, many spacious, comfortable common areas, large well stocked kitchen for cooking. We saw a sloth, Toucans and whales from the balcony. This place does not disappoint!!

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. It's a great base from which to explore the beautiful southern Pacific coast. We visited waterfalls, beaches and mountains without having to make long drives. If you are adventurous this is the place for you.

10 out of 10! I highly recommend the Villa. The view is stunning, it is peaceful and has absolutely everything you may need - including boogie boards and a cooler for the beach. There were wonderful beaches and restaurants nearby, and lots to do if you choose to. Lounging by the pool is also nice!

This place is a absolute paradise! We can’t wait to return. Lots of wildlife right out the back door. Pictures don’t do it justice. The home was extremely inviting, clean and well maintained. Communications with the hosts were great. Highly recommend this property.

Our family had an incredible time at Wavesong Villa, surpassing our expectations and making the drive worthwhile. The breathtaking views, comfort, and ample space made it an ideal base for exploring the area. The very detailed directions were crucial in helping us find the villa despite arriving after sunset. Their recommendations were also very helpful in planning our daily adventures. Our 10-year-old son, an animal lover, was thrilled to spot a sloth near our balcony our first morning there! (Something we learned can be very rare especially for untrained eyes) And another morning we saw white-faced capuchin monkeys in the trees by the pool. These wildlife encounters, along with stunning sunrises and the sounds of the rainforest, made our mornings special. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Wavesong Villa exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a memorable vacation.

This was an amazing place to stay. The home had a true Costa Rica feel to it. The home was clean and had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The bedrooms cooled off immediately to enjoy a nights sleep and the open floor plan and wide atrium doors allowed us to enjoy the outdoors all day long. The pool was clean, easy to access, and relax in while viewing the ocean and enjoying visits from the Costa Rica wildlife all day long. We were visited by all the amazing birds you could think of. From toucans to macaws. Parador’s to humming birds. So many cool birds and colorful birds to listen and view. From the balcony we saw whales splashing in the ocean several of the days and the home comes with a great set of binoculars. Easy access to local attractions and grocery stores. This place was all you need to enjoy, relax, and feel the pura vida vibes. Thank you for an amazing stay for our family of 8!

This house is absolutely a true Costa Rican beauty. Pool is great, beds are comfy, bathroom with each bedroom. The view of the upstairs porch every night was spectacular. Highly recommend this house.
