The 2 courtyard bedrooms have separate entrances with ensuite baths in each. Bedroom 5 is a beautiful room overlooking the Pacific and Pacific side hot tub. ## The Space

Very comfortable stay and perfect for our group of 11 guests. Robin and Bob were extremely helpful and responsive. They also helped our group set up transportation and private chef!

This place was perfect for my group of 12 to stay comfortably. The house was clean and just as portrayed in the photos, and the host was super responsive and welcoming. Views from the house were beautiful, and the location is hard to beat.

The property needs a lot of TLC, we experienced toilets that did not work, a garbage disposal that leaked so much that the fix was to put a bucket under it. It eventually overflowed into the kitchen. The disposal was replaced quickly; however, it was improperly installed and the dishwasher filled with water, Anything that had been repaired was done on the cheap and not repaired properly. i.e. a kitchen faucet was installed in a bathroom, all of the sliding door handles were bolted on but not with the appropriate hardware. Outdoor table near the BBQ has tiled that were either missing or loose. Tiles in the hot tub were loose. All in all, it was not maintained on a level it should have been for the price of the nightly rental (1200.00+ a night). On the bright side, Michaela, the property manager did everything she could to get repairs made promptly and did a great job of communicating; unfortunately, when on vacation at a higher end property we do not expect such inconvenience

This villa was remarkable — truly the perfect choice for our group of eight! We were so impressed with how well the home accommodated all of us. Everyone had the privacy they needed, and the amazing gathering areas both inside and out provided the ideal spots for us to spend time together. The location couldn't be any better; it’s central yet peaceful. Best of all, the views of the Pacific are absolutely second to none! Waking up to that vista every morning was a dream. Finally, the communication from Michaela was top tier — prompt, clear, and helpful from start to finish. We highly recommend this property!

I had an amazing 5 day stay at this villa with 12 guests. This was a celebration for my 30th bday it didn’t disappoint. Everyone had ample space, cold AC in each room and living room, private rooms with their own bathrooms, plenty of communal areas to spend time together, beautiful ocean views and pool + jacuzzi area. The concierge Michaela went above and beyond. All of my requests- she made happen! From private chef meals, mariachi band performance at the Airbnb, private taxi services each day and airport transportation, birthday decorations, implementing my fully stocked grocery list…everything was perfection and made it the most memorable stay. Victor was a great repair man. Very quick and responsive. We ran into a tiny issue with the AC in 1 room and one of the bathrooms and Victor showed up within 1 hour and all was well. I would definitely come back and recommend this Airbnb to anyone. My family is already planning to make this a yearly tradition.

This is the best air bnb I have had the pleasure of visiting. Our group of 14 had so much space to spread out but also spaces to gather and celebrate. The views were unmatched, the photos reflect 100% what we looked out at everyday. We had a mechanical issue and the service team and cleanup were there within 10 minutes. The host Michaela was invaluable in creating our stay including help with transport and arranging a local chef. I cannot recommend this property any higher, if ever back in Cabo, I would 100% rebook!

Way better than the photos show. Huge house, spacious, so many bedrooms, the view is insanely beautiful, neighborhood is private and peaceful. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped us coordinate grocery orders, gave recommendations, helped when we couldn’t lock the door, and stayed in texting conversation with us the entire trip. 100% would recommend. We didn’t want to leave!!! I can’t wait to go back. Thank you to the hosts for making my bachelorette party unforgettable.

Stayed here for a long weekend and we loved it. Beautiful house, great location and views, and plenty of space to spread out with a big group. Especially grateful for the awesome communication and help from Michaela (host) who helped set up rides (thanks Rigo!) and chef services (highly recommend!). Hope to make a return visit.

The place had absolutely breathtaking views. We traveled with another family and adult children and we all enjoyed sitting on the beautiful balcony by the jacuzzi soaking up the sun, margaritas and view. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable for everyone. We loved the location and had fun playing pickle ball. Loved that it was a short walk right into Cabo (but may not be for everyone with cobbles and hills). Also short walk to a beautiful beach. Great location. We generally stay in Puertos Los Cabos and enjoyed this change and the accommodations.

WOW!! What a villa!! This place was absolutely incredible. Amazing amenities, everything was set up and arranged perfectly. The spa overlooking the ocean was amazing!! To the hosts credit, they messaged that the spa was not working but promptly had someone over to repair it and get it going! The hosts helped with in villa chef recommendations and ride coordination. I will be back 100%!!!

I stayed here with 7 friends for my bachelor party and can easily say it was one of the best trips of my life! The house and views were stunning beyond words, and its unique layout gave each bedroom privacy from the common areas so people wouldn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone else. Michaela was the most helpful host I’ve ever had and helped me with almost everything that went into planning this trip and making it as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing views, stunning property, top-notch services like the chef (which is highly recommended), pools are awesome, and the house is perfectly equipped for 12-14 people. We had plenty of room and space. The views are magic and you can easily walk to the stunning Pedregal beach (5-7 minutes). We had a great time! Getting Ubers is tricky so I would make sure to either rent a car if you need to do a lot of back and forth or plan taxis in advance. If you're flexible and can wait, there are always a few Ubers around that dropped off clients on their way back from town. Truly an amazing house for a celebration or family reunion!

Absolutely would stay here again!! The house is even better than the pictures. We had 14 people join us for the trip and the house still felt small. Michaela and Jeanne were the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Michaela basically planned and booked a majority of our trip and was extremely responsive. There isn’t one bad thing I would say about the place!

This was probably the best decision we made on this trip. Instead of the group getting individual rooms at a hotel we got this amazing villa. The views are amazing, the house is perfectly set up for a group of people, the amenities are perfect, and the neighborhood is exclusive and impressive. The concierge was very helpful and responsive for questions and recommendations. The pickleball courts were a huge perk. Overall this place exceeded our expectations. Something to be aware of is the development this place is located in the side of a mountain and is very steep so walking around is a workout. For us it wasn’t a problem but if you have trouble getting around, don’t plan on going too far from the house on foot. I hope to stay here again someday

Great place to stay with plenty of space. Lots of cool places to hang out on the property and a great view of the ocean. The property is within a gated community so felt safe there and it was close to town. Michaela provided lots of great recommendations and was helpful leading up to our trip.

This was one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! Michaela was so kind and the most responsive and helpful. The pictures don’t really do this house justice… it’s absolutely stunning and so spacious with INCREDIBLE views. Everyone was blown away. It was perfect for a bachelorette weekend. Easy walking distance to a private beautiful beach. Our only complaint was that one of the hot tubs died light colored swimsuits and skin green probably from the chlorine. Overall though I would definitely recommend this airbnb. Thank you Michaela and staff!!

Great villa. Beautiful set up, lay out and views. Would highly recommend. Mariano and the team were helpful and made the stay quite pleasant and seamless.

Great place, a little labyrinthine in layout and would be worth a lot more with a makeover but as is, tremendous value for money. Mariano was a legend and helped with everything - above and beyond the call of duty. We used this for our corporate offsite and got lots of work done, with plenty of room for 7 people.

First off, the pictures don't do this place justice. The views are simply fantastic. The pool is in an internal courtyard which is pretty cool so some can be in the pool while others can sit around it and everyone can socialize together. The layout is pretty nice, with the master bedroom being pretty isolated so you can really get some sleep while others might want to stay up late. The second hot tub overlooking the ocean allows you to enjoy the breathtaking views. The hosts were fantastic. Mariano was always available to answer any questions and deal with any issues. He allowed us to check-in early and did a walk-thu of the house. We messaged with him via the AirBnB app and he was very responsive. Honestly, it made our experience...knowing that we were being looked after. It made for a really comfortable travel experience. I will definitely look to stay here on future visits.

This villa was perfect for our group of 12. Very clean, plenty of space, amazing views! The host was very responsive and helpful, they recommended a chef who came and cooked 2 amazing meals for us at a very reasonable cost.

The listing pictures for this property don't do it justice. The ocean view is amazing and the property has a great courtyard swimming pool.  I highly recommend this property.  We also did Chef service recommended by the property manager and it was affordable and really tasty.

Three words come to mind when I think of this vacation. Mariano, amazing, and Mariano again. First off the villa was amazing, these photos do it no justice. it’s private, has the best views in Pedregal and has a giant pool with two soaking tubs! Every single room feels like a Master bedroom so this is perfect for large groups. This is a villa you will never regret. Now to the biggest surprise, Mariano. From planning to traveling back home Mariano was there with a smile only a phone call away. Every single thing he fixed or came up with a solution for. From arranging drivers to recommendations helping with food stocking and our chef, making sure the villa was completely perfect and then some. No trip is perfect and there’s always some little things but Mariano fixed them all always within an hour. One A/C had trouble in a room and within an hour someone had fixed it. Come to the villa for the views and how amazing it is, but stay because you will be in such good hands. If i could hire Mariano I would, and maybe one day he will make it to the states for just that! Until then take advantage of the fact there is a gorgeous villa and the best concierge in all of Mexico all in one. My group of 13 and I can’t thank the owner and Mariano enough, this was truly a vacation to remember. We will be back!

This house is unreal - far more breathtaking than the photos can convey. we were greeted with the most fantastic hospitality and our host had drivers, covid tests, and anything we else needed at the ready. every bedroom was clean and beautiful, and it was the perfect spot for our group of 10. will be back soon!!

Great location - spacious property for a large group!

This was the most perfect airbnb for my bachelorette party! We had a group of 12-14 girls and we were all so comfortable during our stay (more than enough rooms/beds for everyone). We also felt incredibly safe with the security in Pedregal which was important to us. Sarah truly went above and beyond in helping me setup rides from the airport and setting up a chef/bartender for our stay which was incredible! Not to mention the VIEWSS from this airbnb are INCREDIBLE! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!

Everything about the stay was fantastic, from the initial communication, to check-in, the welcome drinks and appetizers, and of course the villa itself - don’t hesitate to book. The villa significantly exceeded our expectations and feels much larger than it looks in pictures. The balconies cover the entire back of the house facing the ocean with amazing views and private balcony off the master. The center courtyard for entertaining guests is far enough away from all the rooms that you can’t hear chatter and provides for a very relaxing and private experience.

Fabulous place with multiple pools and heated pools. Exceptional view. Very very clean and communication was more than excellent. very safe neighborhood and quiet as well. we had a wonderful time there and lots of fun. so many rooms to choose from and master bedroom was to die for with private balcony. I am sure to come back next time if I come back to Los Cabos. Don't look anywhere else this is the place you want to stay.

We cannot say enough about Villa Sol!  It was a perfect set up for our girls trip.  The view is worth every penny spent.  The spaces were perfect for hanging out and relaxing together. The bedrooms are all beautiful and spread out around the home. The privacy of this home plus the expansive Pacific views are amazing. The concierge service was fabulous so we never had to worry about a thing, she was very prompt.  We knew we wanted to spend most of our time at the Villa so the chef service meant we never had to leave or think.  It was an extra expense but he certainly was 5 stars and yet again we did not have to think about a thing. We can't wait to come back again in October!
