Peace Villa

The Space

Peace Villa is a modern-style home situated in the heart of Santa Teresa, just a short walk from restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the popular Banana Beach. This high-quality residence features a private pool and comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests across three bedrooms.

The villa spans 150 square meters (1600 square feet) and is elegantly furnished. It includes:

• Three bedrooms
• Two and a half bathrooms
• A fully equipped, high-end kitchen
• A living room with a smart TV and PlayStation 4

Two of the bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms and are furnished with either a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, providing privacy for couples, friends, or families traveling together.

Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed by private parking, a spacious outdoor terrace, a BBQ area, and a pool surrounded by tropical plants.

The first floor features:

• A living room with smart TV and PlayStation 4
• A fully equipped kitchen with filtered, drinkable water throughout the house
• A guest bathroom
• One bedroom with a king-size bed

The upper level houses two additional private bedrooms:

• A master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom
• A second bedroom with two queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom

All bedrooms include high-quality mattresses, shelving or closets, clothes hangers, a small workspace, and air conditioning.

The partially covered outdoor area offers a refreshing outdoor shower and ample seating. The large deck is ideal for morning yoga, relaxing with a drink after a day at the beach, or enjoying a BBQ in the warm Costa Rican evenings.

Daily housekeeping, parking, and nighttime security are included. The villa is suitable for families or multiple couples traveling with children.

Guest Access

Guests have full privacy and access to the entire property. The timing of the daily cleaning service is arranged with guests during check-in.

Peace Villa is located near several of Costa Rica’s most beautiful white sand beaches, including:

These beaches are framed by lush tropical jungle and are well-known for consistent surf year-round.

The Santa Teresa area is rich in wildlife. During your stay, you might encounter:

• Various local birds such as woodpeckers, magpie-jays, pelicans, and hummingbirds
