It's 20 ft high ceilings create an open spacious feeling and keeping the house cool and fresh. It's 20 ft high ceilings create an open spacious feeling and keeping the house cool and fresh. In the master bedroom you will find a flatscreen tv aswell a little patio in the back of the room. Real hot water from every tap (no electric shower head attachments) means safe access to hot water on demand in shower and all sinks. Other things to note If you are looking for a place to invite all your friends and throw a party, this is NOT the place for you. Electricity costs are extremely high in Nicaragua (the highest in Central America) and the approximate cost per KWH is US $0.50. Please be conscientious about electricity usage and turn off all air conditioners, pool pump, fans, TV and lights when not in use and especially when leaving the house. We strive to be environmentally conscious and to keep electricity usage included in the nightly price, rather than having guests pay a separate amount for electricity.

Hot water is available on demand from every tap, with a reliable system that does not rely on electric shower head attachments, ensuring safe and consistent hot water supply in all showers and sinks.

Casa Milan is positioned in a secure neighborhood within Granada’s city center. It is just 1.5 blocks south of the Church and Convent of San Francisco. Three more blocks further south leads to the lively La Calzada Street, known for its variety of restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
