The Space

Located just one house away from the beach in the exclusive Playacar Phase 1, this home combines rustic charm from 1980 with spacious accommodations for large groups, offering 12 beds, lush outdoor areas, a BBQ, and plenty of room to relax.

Villa Mayan Breeze has character and soul rather than a modern, shiny finish. It is ideal for family retreats, trips with friends, or special occasions. Trusted local services such as chefs, massage therapists, and mezcal tastings are available upon request.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $40 per pet per night, which includes a $10 refundable deposit and a $30 fee. This fee is separate from the reservation cost and must be requested after booking.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the house, pool, BBQ, and terrace. The villa also includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Feel free to make yourself at home.

Location

Villa Mayan Breeze is situated in Playa del Carmen’s prime Playacar Phase 1 neighborhood, just steps from the beach, ruins, and Fifth Avenue.

Additional Information

Built in 1980, the villa may not feature the latest modern amenities but comfortably accommodates groups of up to 25 guests. The property is well-maintained despite the challenges posed by Playa del Carmen’s humidity, sun, and salty air. Any maintenance issues will be promptly handled by the team led by Danny.

A pool cleaning service visits every morning except Sundays.

The villa is connected to Airbnb via API software, requiring a refundable security deposit of $1,500 USD or a non-refundable $59 fee outside the Airbnb platform. This will be noted at checkout.

Please note that groceries, drinking water, and beverages are not provided. Guests are encouraged to order supplies from Paloma for delivery before arrival or take a short taxi ride to nearby stores.
