awesome place in palmilla dunes. club access was super nice, really good food and drinks. outdoor kitchen was also great. roseli was available for local support and was very responsive, including helping replacing batteries in the smart lock and smoke detector when they became low. hope to be back soon!

There is nothing better than going on a vacation and having your accommodations exceed expectations. Aram's home in Palmilla was fabulous and the amenities - gym, pool, courts - at the Dunes were icing on the cake. We would definitely stay there again.

Hidden gem- luxury stay with top quality amenities and prime location. Aram’s place was better than in the pictures, we had a great time with our family and can’t wait to be back. The condo is fully equipped and walking distance to the pool and gym. The beds and blankets were extremely comfortable and bathrooms clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary still and sparkling water and beer in the fridge, there’s also a dishwasher which was really great as we were enjoyed many of our meals at home. Walking to restaurants and a shop. The garden was beautiful , perfect to enjoy an afternoon with a book. The property manager was always available to help and allowed for early check in/ check out. Thank you !!

Excellent condo in the heart of Palmilla. Easy access to club amenities - pool, tennis, pickleball, kids play area, soccer and more! Close proximity Crème Cafe, our favorite cocktail spot, and easy access to Only & Only. Great value, recommend renting a golf cart for additional convenience.
