El Mirador or "Castle Tower" is a stunning serene retreat offering breathtaking views of Potrero Bay and Flamingo Beach, designed to bring you peace and tranquility. This charming 388 sq ft studio includes all amenities for cooking, bathing, sleeping and internet access for remote work/ WFH. Enjoy an on-site pool, nearby beaches, grocery store and restaurants all within walking distance. The space Perched at an altitude of 35 meters above sea level, El Mirador offers a front-row seat to the mesmerizing flight of aquatic birds as they ride along thermal currents, crossing between the two bays throughout the day to feed. Access to this elevated retreat requires a 60-step ascent from the main house, but the journey is well worth it for the gorgeous views! The property's pool, located at the front, is shared with the main house and two other units. Inside, El Mirador is equipped with air conditioning, fans, compact kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, all complemented by the SPECTACULAR VIEWS. Guest access The guests will be able to use the pool and the washer, located in the garage. There is parking for 4 cars. Other things to note The entrance to the property is steep. Most cars will make it up the driveway but space is limited. If you cannot make it up the hill or the 3 spots in the driveway are already taken there is additional space at the bottom of the driveway to the right on the main road, only 10 meters from the house. The pool is open from 8am to 10 pm. If there are leaves you may want to use the tools available in the garage. Please put them back to its place. No glass or pets in the pool grounds. The grocery store 400 meters walking distance along a paved road on the north ridge of Flamingo. Likewise the beaches and secret coves for swimming or snorkling are all within walking distance. You can finally do that great nature walk you have been waiting for... No Smoking Inside & please pick up your butts

This place is incredible…180 degree ocean views. We watched the sunset every evening! Yarina even brought us beach chairs when we asked if there were any. Definitely want to return!!

Our favorite place we stayed at in CR! The views really are as good as the pictures. Walkable to restaurants and super markets. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more nights here. Truly incredible place.

This place is exactly what it looks like. It's a castle on a hilltop with great views of the ocean below. That being said, if you have a tough time walking up hill or have issues with steps, don't rent this place. My wife and I are marathoners so the daily 1/2 mile hike into town was doable, but not easy. We almost rented a golf cart after the first day if that helps you understand. The photos show that this is a studio with a kitchen and that's what you get. Yes, its an older home which is showing its age but you can't beat the price. We checked out hotels and condo's at the bottom of the hill and they're twice as much. It was nice, quiet and the owner was very communicative.

Fabulous spot in everyway! To get to the secluded beach you can see from the room: walk a couple blocks towards the port to 'Dunama Hotel', there's a rather steep trail down to the left, with stairs leading to the beach. Great snorkeling! Excellent breakfast and drinks from there as well. The other beach is more shaded, with a secret cave on one end! Just follow the road along the penninsula until it ends, and there's a public trail down on the right. We enjoyed walking to the main Flamingo beach, however its quite steep, but worth it.

Excellent location you can see the sunset with a cup of coffee and is amazing, 2nd time visitor and will book again in the future for sure, easy to check in-out and parking space was good and host was 5 star. Super Recommeded.

Spectacular view up from the hill, we can see the ocean around us and the sunset. Worth every penny. Very recommended and I loved the little swimming pool.

Great location in Playa Flamingo. You'll want to rent a car or golf cart to get around because the hill is steep. The views are amazing.
