This fully renovated white villa, restored after Otis, combines a relaxed beach style with Mexican artisanal touches. It features a private pool and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from every room. The villa includes:

The property is surrounded by nature, providing a tranquil escape from city life. Cozy spots around the house invite you to unwind, listen to music, read, or simply enjoy the ocean views.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the subdivision’s clubhouse, which includes:
- A large swimming pool
- Gym
- Sauna and steam room
- Sundeck
- Wading pool
- Barbecue area
- A small restaurant open on weekends
There are also two paddle/squash courts on the property; however, they are currently undergoing renovation.
Location and Transportation
Arrival by car is highly recommended. The villa offers two parking spaces for guests’ convenience.
The community features a running and walking path with scenic views overlooking Acapulco Bay.

One of the best view of a beach house I’ve ever stayed at, Ivana is very attentive and the lady that helped us in the house is very kind and friendly. I would 100% recommend this place.

We landed early from our flight, and my wife and I were tired. Ivana offered us the option to check in early so we could rest a bit. Besides that, the refrigerator was filled with fruit and sparkling water, and it was amazing! In addition, the location was clean and beautiful. One of the amenities you have is that a person comes to clean the home daily, which ensures they have everything they need. Highly recommendable for couples and families. I will be visiting this location soon.

Sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores Airbnbs donde nos hemos hospedado. La atención de Ivana siempre fue fenomenal, súper responsiva, atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos. La casa está hermosa, bien ubicada y con todo lo necesario. La cereza del pastel fue Charbel, quien trabaja en la casa y puede cocinar también, su comida es deliciosa y es súper atenta.
