This boho-chic luxury villa is situated in the boutique hotel area of Tulum Beach, offering coveted private beachfront access on a beautiful property featuring a swimming pool and pristine white sand beach. The home incorporates natural elements and artistic details that capture the relaxed and inviting atmosphere of Tulum.

Zorba Villa 3 showcases stunning bohemian design with elegant accents throughout. The main floor features an open living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy seating space, and a dining area that accommodates eight guests. Glass doors open to reveal the soothing sounds of a waterfall and the lively calls of tropical birds inhabiting the grounds. Outside, there is a patio furnished with chairs for relaxation.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper levels, surrounded by lush greenery and flowering trees, with views overlooking the pool. The master suite occupies the top floor and includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private rooftop patio. This rooftop space features glass doors that open to a secluded terrace with a romantic double-headed outdoor shower amid tropical plants. Please note that the master bathroom shower is outdoors, designed to provide an immersive natural experience.

The second floor contains two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a Juliette balcony. The other bedroom includes a queen-size bed, built-in bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a Juliette balcony.

Guests enjoy a private residence nestled among tropical trees on a beautifully landscaped beachfront property designed for privacy between homes. The large pool and beach are accessible at any time, with loungers provided for comfort.

There is a guest-only Taco + Breakfast Bar offering food and drinks a la carte.

Your host will welcome you upon arrival and provide assistance throughout your stay. Services include arranging airport shuttles, chef bookings, excursions to local ruins and cenotes, massages, childcare, and recommendations for restaurants, spas, and entertainment.
