Ocean Front Casita 1

We loved our time at Ix Chell so much! Tiffany and Ryan were so great and always available to help us plan tours and get advice about what to do on the island. We can't wait to get back! The food at harvest Cafe is also amazing.

Pretty sure this was the nicest place to stay on Ambergris Caye. Can’t beat the ocean views from your bed, the peacefulness and the great food at the harvest cafe. We also enjoyed the private pool and kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the ocean. Ryan and Tiffany are awesome hosts and made us feel so welcome. They helped us with everything we needed and even reserved our golf cart. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!!

Ryan and Tiffany made us feel very welcome for our first visit to Belize. Our first day there was rain so we to change plans and they were so accommodating by letting us go with them to awesome restaurant in the San Pedro lagoon for Thanksgiving. The next day we went with a private fishing and snorkeling tour that hey had booked for us. We had a great time with Captain Jimmy and he even cooked our fish and made us conche ceviche from the conches we retrieved while snorkeling. That evening Tiffany and Ryan cooked and prepared for us a romantic evening in front of casita we were staying at , making it a very memorable dinner. We loved the coffee they brought to our casita in the morning and indulged in there delicious breakfast & drinks at the Harvest cafe. We definitely book with them again when we return to Secret Beach.

This place is truly magical. The most beautiful peaceful spot on the island. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive! The place is super clean and comfy. Tiffany and Ryan are amazing hosts. You are literally steps from the water. The private pool was awesome. We also did paddle boarding and kayaking- the water is calm and clear, was so much fun. Seriously felt like paradise!

While visiting Belize in the off and rainy season can be a challenge, our stay at Ix Chel was truly amazing. The property is stunning with picturesque sunrises and sunsets. We had the place to ourselves but given there are only 4 villas total would suspect even when they are full it is still quiet. Tiffany was so helpful and attentive, from setting up our taxi services to obtaining our golf cart rental to making local restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. She also went above and beyond bringing us coffee and banana bread every morning. We were only able to to take advantage of her Harvest Cafe for breakfast one day of our stay due to our early morning dive itinerary, but the breakfast we were able to have at the cafe was fresh and delicious. The villa was immaculate, clean, well designed and decorated beautifully. Our own private pool was an extra bonus. Highly recommend. Did I mention no sargassum on this side of the island, a definite plus!

Everything was absolutely amazing. So much better than we could’ve ever expected. Hospitality, food, views and more. I will be going out of my way to recommend this spot to anyone visiting San Pedro 😁

Each morning, we enjoyed delicious filling breakfasts with generous fruit platters and the refreshing Belizean lemonade. Tiffany and Ryan were exceptional hosts—responsive, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed for our trip, arranging everything from golf carts to snorkeling tours, allowing us to have a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended! We cannot wait to return.

My stay at this beautiful Casa 1 was simple amazing. When I say All the wonderful reviews & pictures posted are True, they are!!! The host Tiffany & Ryan are so friendly and helpful in every way. From the moment of arriving and being greeted with fresh juice and fruit, to simply making my birthday experience so memorable and amazing. There's nothing more I could have asked for during my visit. I appreciate them for helping me with reservations for dinner, excursions and a go-gart. As well as their recommendations for places to go in town that were spot on. Also, the Breakfast was truly amazing, so fresh. So please dont skip out on the opportunity to eat there. I soooo stand by my decision in booking this property a 100 percent and will definitely book again when I return to San Pedro. Thank you again Tiffany & Ryan

Tiffany and Ryan were outstanding hosts! From the very beginning, Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me, making my first visit to San Pedro for my husband’s birthday unforgettable. Despite my many questions, she always responded promptly with helpful suggestions. The staff was equally friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—offering stunning views, complete privacy, and easy access to the vibrant beach bars on Secret Beach. While it’s about a 40-minute ride into town, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the journey. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay near Secret Beach, this is it! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
