Rosa’s place was better than I could have imagined! As an amazing host, she was responsive prior to the trip and during, easy to get a hold of throughout the entirety of my stay and provided all the contacts and recommendations I needed for the trip. Her home was exactly as listed, even prettier than the pictures! Especially the pool area, it was so nice for me and my group to spend so much time there. As for location, I liked where we were located because it was walking distance from the central part of the city which let us experience the culture. Overall, this has been one of my best stays yet and I highly recommend for a group trip - thank you Rosa for everything and I look forward to staying at your home once again in the future!

I usually never do reviews- well that’s a lie I just don’t do them! lol Rosa deserves a review . I planned my daughter’s 21st birthday with my husband and her two best friends and after seeing this home it just felt right. Rosa was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL! She made it an experience she went over and beyond my expectations from helping with balloons to a birthday cake and even reservations. She was so welcoming. Her groundskeeper Vito was one of the must humble and polite men I’ve ever met, he was also very helpful! The home was exactly like the pictures and more beautiful in person! Choose this home you won’t be disappointed worth every penny! Thank you ROSA you made Tulum an amazing first experience :)

Staying at Rosa’s Tulum property was great. Our group of 7 fit comfortably and we walked the valeta neighborhood and got familiar with many places around. The street outside is a fun bumpy ride but we were in the jungle after all.

From the moment I booked the Airbnb for my bachelorette trip, Rosa's genuine care and dedication were palpable. As first-timers in Mexico, her invaluable assistance with excursions, thoughtful recommendations for activities and dining, and handling all arrangements went above and beyond. Upon our arrival, Rosa warmly greeted us, and to my delight, the Airbnb was beautifully decorated for my bachelorette celebration. Her level of responsiveness, extending to phone calls when needed, played a pivotal role in making our trip seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Rosa's place; it's exactly as advertised, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk from vibrant bars and restaurants, adding to the overall charm. Every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfect. We had a very comfortable stay. The house was beautifully decorated and suited our needs perfectly. Rosa was very helpful with local recommendations and her house helper, Vito, was always available if needed. We had a short stay but look forward to visiting the beautiful Tulum beaches again.

We loved staying at this beautiful house, but the star of the show was definitely the pool/backyard area. We really wanted a private outdoor space to enjoy our trip, and this space delivered, big time. The house is a bit difficult to find the first time, so definitely use the GPS coordinates Rosa sends instead of the listed address on Airbnb. Otherwise, perfect stay!
