I thought it was a very good stay, comfortable, clean, large for my group of 11, the guy who was looking after us was always available and accessible to deal with any situation. Everything feels super safe, the only thing I didn't like very much was the area, since it's under development, and it felt a bit far from services like plazas or restaurants, and super sandy. But the stay was spectacular and highly recommended, we rested and had a great time.

We traveled as a family and our experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was quick and clear, always attentive to every detail to make our stay comfortable. The house is spacious, very clean and perfectly equipped.
What we enjoyed the most was the space: the rooms are large and comfortable, the pool, and the roof became our favorite place to watch the sunset. The location is strategic: quiet to rest, but close to everything you need.
we had doubts about booking, but the truth is that everything was impeccable. It is clear that the host has improved many aspects, and today the accommodation is in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a safe, family and relaxing experience and we will return every time we come to Cabo

The place was good for 13 travellers. The kitchen lacks a good set of dishes, glasses, pots and pans Pillows are flat, and bedding has rips in the sheets. No extra towels for the beach Or hand towels in bathrooms. I feel that the place could really benefit from having beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers Other than that the place works well for young adults who like late nights sitting on the roof top. Other than that the place is good, nice having out own bathrooms and fridges The host is great and responds quickly

La señora reservó para 13 pero metió a más de 20 personas. Se le suministraron cambios de toallas diarios para las 20 personas, a pesar de que solo se ofrecen dos toallas por persona. En ninguna parte del anuncio ofrezco accesorios para la playa. Totalmente fuera de contexto su queja. Califica cosas que no se ofrecen en el anuncio.

Stayed here with a group, and it was a really solid location and the Casita was good enough considering all the bedrooms, pool, etc.
Some small issues i.e. burnt out lightbulbs in bathrooms, outlet availability, a horrid moldy smell in the upstairs bedroom from the AC Unit, and that the Jacuzzi does not get hot and shuts off automatically at 10 PM.
Overall though, for the price this was worth it for a large group.

Very unpleasant experience, the photos too many filters, the area is ugly, they do not have a carport, maybe this could happen because we didn't pass it in the house, but the worst are the mattresses, we end up with back pain, pillows, very poor quality bedding, 2 bedroom with AC problems I think are things that can improve.
Normally I don't like to rate badly, but I rely on comments to have a reference and I would have liked to read this before making the decision.
From the Hosts, everything was well attended to me every time I messaged them, if they went to review the ACs.

The place is very big, good for a family trip but it is far from the main area of Cabo, it is advisable to come with a car. The doors are a bit tricky to open with the code and some codes they provided to me were wrong, but they supported me quickly to solve it.

We loved the place, super recommended for large groups, the rooms, the pool and very nice common spaces... the attention was very good from day one.
We found the balance between enjoying the attractions that the area has to offer and rest with the amenities offered at the accommodation.
I would highly recommend it

It is a spacious place for large families, the rooms are like small apartments separated from each other.
They have a beautiful view to the city and you can see the peaceful ocean.

This has been one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed for big family party!
Each of the 8 rooms are separate from each other with there own bathroom, small kitchen, A/C, with great privacy and cool decorations in the rooms as well.
Dhalia was amazing! she was able to help us with decorations for the big family party, she was an amazing host!

The price, amount of rooms and restrooms is the best part. Dhalia is responsive.
There were a few issues. Everything was fixed but didn’t make the stay as smooth as it could’ve been
1-Electricity went out twice. We were told to turn of AC for an our, since we had everything running and its a small solar panel, doesn’t make sense for a house with 8 rooms 8 restrooms
2-The stove was full of water. Because its in the rooftop, the wind wouldn’t let it turn on. Wico had to clean it and move it
3-About 3-4 restrooms didnt have the best hot water or water pressure. One shower head was broken
4-One AC went out, and it was after Dhalia’s response hours so it got fixed until the next day
5-Refrigerator went out at some point, we noticed because some food went bad
With all those issues it gave an unfinished vibe, especially with all the construction around. I would also take my own blankets.
Again, things did get fixed, just didn’t make it fun.

Dhalia was a great host, always responsive and communicative.
The place was as expected 8 individual rooms.
Water for showers was dependent on the time of day, either too hot or cold.
Beds were a little hard.
Area is ok, lots of construction. Beautiful view until new construction will block it.
There's was a helper who took care of the pool and hot tub and other things around the house. He was awesome.
This is a good spot if you wanna rage, but not the most comfortable.

Definitely recommend this place!! Super good area! Only like 10 minutes away from the popular areas. Felt very safe and the views are beautiful! It’s like a resort style house so very convenient for big groups!! Every room has its own bathroom which is super nice and the day bed upstairs is the best! The pool courtyard area is perfect! The host is super sweet and very responsive! Also very understanding! The property manager does live tucked away on the property but he’s great! Didn’t bother us at all! The only thing that is tricky is just finding the house the first time! But if you have a big group this place is perfect!

The mantenience guy, Wico, he goes everyday to clean the common areas, turn on the jacuzzi heater, take care of the pool and take out the trash. He doesn’t lives in the house! , He has a service entrance so as not to disturb the guests when he comes and goes. Thank you very much again for take your time to make your review

Hello!! When we arrived at the accommodation, we were surprised. We imagined it differently. We were there for a long time to walk, but the time we were there. We had a very pleasant time. It's very comfortable and it has many things that make the stay feel very comfortable. Thank you very much for all the attention.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Dhalia was super quick to respond to any questions we had. The on site manager, Rico, was amazing and went out of his way to make aura we had everything we needed.

This place is wonderful for the price. It has lots of character and plenty of space. Perfect for large groups that require several rooms!!!!
Parking was easy, and the views from the roof are great.
The rooftop is perfect for a group to hang out on. We loved it! The communal kitchen is on the roof and has the essentials. Each room also has microwaves and burners. As well as tv’s and AC.
Dhalia was very responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay.

I loved how this house is like a little apartment home. This house accommodated 16 of us and there was still extra beds since we did 2 per bed. I loved how each room has its own mini kitchens and restrooms. There are no stores really walking distance but the quad u can rent from the house can take u to a near gas station and pharmacy. However uber was great taking us everywhere. U do get a cabo vive in this house and it's great for a huge family, we even bbq and made some smorse. Beach is not walking distance so u eill need uber to take u there.

This airbnb comes as advertised! perfect for large groups! Ubers were so cheap going downtown or the mariana area. I have great communication with the maintenance guys and Dhalia. I totally recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with Dahlia! The house was located in a great spot it was easy to access everything. Dahlia was very responsive to messages and was very accommodating to our needs. Also, Carlos the property manager was amazing even though he did not speak much English.
Uber was very cheap going to various locations, if you have a large group Ubers can only hold 4 people at a time. Since we were a big group we found this great taxi driver José reach back out for number, who charge a reasonable price to transport us.
One thing I would point out is getting an Uber from the airport to the Airbnb is impossible. The only available transportation is the airport taxi which is ridiculously expensive. Recommend for everyone to set up their ride before arrival.

Dahlia’s place was an awesome compound for my bachelor party. Lots of great space on the roof, gorgeous views, great pool! There’s a hot plate for cooking but no oven or stove if you’re thinking of doing lots of eating in. Some of my buddies did but if you’re not getting tacos or trying the restaurants in Cabo you’re doing it wrong. Neighborhood is super secure and only a 10 minute Uber to the downtown or to any of the wonderful beaches. Would highly recommend for groups of 6-10 and would love to return!
