Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV. The living room also features a 65-inch smart TV. The open living area includes free WiFi and a fully stocked kitchen with all essential appliances and cookware.

Practical amenities include individual air conditioning units in each bedroom, a built-in washer and dryer, and stocked bathrooms with fresh linens, towels, soap, and shampoo.

Outdoor Space

The black sliding doors open to a terrace with plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying the stunning ocean views. Beach access is just a few steps down from the lawn, making it easy to spend time by the water without leaving the property.

The condo is only a 10-minute walk from downtown Flamingo, where you can explore a variety of bars and restaurants such as Surf Box, Angelina’s, and Restaurante Coco Loco.

Important Details

• Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, or noise monitoring software about disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and/or legal action.
• Your booking includes damage protection coverage up to $1,500 for accidental damages. Willful or negligent damage may incur additional charges.
• Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA tax automatically by their banks in addition to Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly with the bank and is separate from Airbnb charges.
