Rancho Santana, Charming 2BD/2B Casita V-14

John’s casita exceeded our expectations. The place is private, surrounded by nature and just a few minutes walking to the beach/pool area. John was there to greet us and gave us the best recommendations including a local masseuse who came to the house and gave us the best massage ever and she even brought her own massage bed and oils for an amazing price we still can’t believe. We visited some local restaurants and visited some nearby beaches, John was always responsive and ready with advice and recommendations about the area that he clearly knows very well. The highlight of our stay was cookies!!! His black and white cat who likes to be out and about but will also come back to give you some snuggles every now and then. Our son absolutely loves him, he was the sweetest and most caring polite cat we’ve ever seen. We are definitely coming back to John’s casita and we can’t wait to see Cookies aagain!

I can’t say enough good things about the Casita and our wonderful host John. The house and garden were even better than the pictures - spacious, clean, fully-stocked and well-designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. The property is situated within a beautiful and safe community, and access to the neighboring resort and its wide range of amenities is available. John himself was the perfect host - he was super communicative, gracious and beyond helpful, and his recommendations were always spot-on. We also fell in love with Cookies, the house cat, who was the friendliest, sweetest character. It was our first time in Nicaragua and this was the perfect introduction. We cannot wait to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John’s place to anyone.

We had an incredible 5-night stay at John’s Casita on Rancho Santana and truly could not have asked for a better experience. John was an outstanding host from start to finish. He was extremely communicative, quick to respond, and went out of his way to help arrange everything for our trip. He coordinated boards, helped with the car, and made sure all the small details were handled so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. It made traveling easy and completely stress free. The casita itself is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It feels very private and tucked away, yet it is incredibly central within Rancho Santana. You are just a short walk to La Tienda, the hotel reception, Playa Santana, and the pickleball and tennis courts, which made everything seamless and convenient. The house was spotless and very well stocked. The AC was strong and kept the place cool after long days in the sun. There were plenty of towels, and we appreciated having extras like pickleball paddles

John's Casita is a perfect two bedroom with 3 beds in the wonderful Rancho Santana resort. Lot's to do, great surf at 5 different breaks, but there is a lot else to do too. John is a great owner to work with. We have nothing but positive experience,. Will definitively use again. The Casita is located steps away from the main inn, but more secluded and private. It's garden and view a little slice of paradise. The food in the restaurants, cafe and Los Perros are outstanding as well, as is all the staff and service. But the Casita is also set-up for you to prepare your own meals if you like and there are numerous options for food sourcing. So we ate out sometimes and in sometimes. Everything is spotless and painless! John's rates are also very competitive for the area.

The place is perfect for relaxation, great beaches are close, you will only need to go out and have fun.
