Beautifully designed villa nestled in the heart of the rainforest with spectacular mountain views, ideal for nature lovers seeking a secluded retreat just minutes by car from the beach. Located in a private, gated community 2 km from the main road, this villa offers a perfect escape from the crowds, 18 km from Dominical, 25 km from Manuel Antonio, and 35 km from Marino Ballena. Access is by 4x4 vehicle only. The space It features spacious terraces and balconies, an infinity pool with a huge deck, outdoor areas, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a terrace with a partial ocean view. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning; the other has two bunk beds, one with a double bed on the bottom, and air conditioning. Guest access Casa Monos Locos is only 5 minutes walking distance from the Portasol Living famous park: La Cazuela with a large green area with picnic tables, bathrooms, rancho and a perfect location for yoga, awesome waterfall ending on crystal clear river pools where you can enjoy (weather permitting - swim at your own risk) Other things to note Please note that 4WD car is required to access the property.

Living in the jungle! This location was beautiful, we saw tons of animals and heard the sounds of birds, insects and other animals throughout our stay. There's definitely a lot of critters ( gecco lizards, moths, spiders, grasshoppers, caterpillars, frogs etc.) in all of the outdoor areas including the bedrooms so if that bothers you then this might not be your place. The sundeck was awesome, the kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of sitting spaces throughout the house. Our only con was the beds. The king bed was very soft and the queen bed was very hard and there was no screens on the downstairs bedrooms so you couldn't open the windows without getting a lot of bugs. The portasol team was AMAZING! Super helpful, attentive and very friendly.

Excelente casa, todo limpio, funcional en un lugar hermoso. Lo único es que si debes estar preparado ya que la población más cercana está como a 20 min. Lo demás es espectacular.

La casa es muy bonita, nos gustó mucho a mi familia y a mi aunque solo estuvimos dos noches! Recomiendo este lugar ampliamente además de que Heriberto fue muy amable en ayudarme a conseguir tours y renta de carros, gracias por todo.

Casa Monos Locos was so beautiful and lovely!!! We loved the waterfall and pool. The king size bed was sooooo comfy soft. The host was so friendly and accommodating particularly after our previously booked stay (elsewhere) was canceled last minute. Everyone was so friendly. I would highly recommend.

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Monos Locos. I was hesitant to book the beautiful home due to the ‘exterior’ living ….and it was the best decision!! We truly loved it! We loved being in the jungle - restaurants and the beach were a short 12 min drive. The waterfall on the property was a hit for our family. The house was clean and beds were comfy! Don’t hesitate and book this property!!

Es un lugar espectacular todo coincide con la descripción. La casa super limpia, todo organizado, muy equipada. Es tener montaña piscina, y playa cerca todo cerca. Fuimos 9 personas, solo le agregaría un baño más porque dos son pocos para tantas personas. Por lo demás excelente. Muchas gracias. Volvería

Beautiful location in the jungle. A bit of a drive to towns, however we enjoyed the feeling of being in the middle of the jungle. The house has no internal stairs. If you want to go to the kitchen or other floor you need to go outside. Living room is also outside. Very nice pool!
