This airbnb was everything my partner and I hoped for. It was extremely clean, and we felt safe. The views were also impeccable. We appreciated that we had access to bikes, and a private pool and dock. I would most definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful relaxing vacation with breathtaking sunrises and everything you need to feel right at home. We can't wait to get back there again soon! Highly recommended.

Wheew, the stench this time of year is almost unbearable! Between the mangroves and rotting sargasso, the stinky stinky air surrounding the villa is inescapable. Thankfully the views balanced that out a bit. Watching the sunrise from bed everyday is phenomenal. So many windows all around, Check-in was easy. The owners are pretty hands off—no messages between check-in and check-out. So glad there was water in the kitchen because the heat is no joke. I highly recommend arriving to the pier via water taxi (ask the water taxi to take you all the way to the dock of the Island Pear Resort for $5) instead of just dropping you at the other side of the split. There’s a cute cafe in walking distance from the villa. Lots of peace n quiet over here on this side of the island. The pool on the property looked really clean and inviting, though I never used it. The bathroom only has a blue dim light—during the day you can use daylight—at night you shower in the dark. Hot water was plentiful.

We had an amazing time at this location in Caye Caulker. The property was clean and had beautiful views of the water front. The location being on the north side of the island makes it a bit more private and quiet, away from the main party areas. The bikes provided were in good working order and all that is needed to get you around. The unit could use a few staple items like salt & pepper, maybe some condiments but we improvised. The only real issue we had was that the concierge was pretty much non-existent. We tried to have her assist us in arranging a few things and she never responded or helped organize anything. Fortunately we did have the managers contact info and he was very helpful for the things we absolutely needed help with. All in all we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely recommend to my friends who are travelling to Belize.

I loved the 360 degree view. The included bikes made it easy to get around. Definitely more remote from activities and restaurants but a little planning ahead for the day helped. The concierge and on-site folks were friendly and helpful.

Please bring bug spray!!!! Be ready to spend extra money to cross the split . The only things to do on this side is 3 restaurants and bliss beach. Complimentary bikes . Other than that the Airbnb is nice minus the dirty rug in the bathroom and the sheets had stains on it . Overall , you’ll be in peace with nice views

This was a wonderful place away from the crowds and noise we couldn't have asked for a better set up for my wife and I. We rented a golf cart which made getting to the house a lot easier as its a bit of a walk from the split ferry . We loved the North side of the Island and its peaceful lifestyle . we spent our days exploring the South side and its many restaurants and bars . We spent our nights eating on the North side of the island at Happy Lobster and our favorite restaurant of the trip Lotus . both are very close to the airbnb . La Fogata is a nice Pizzeria option as well. Bliss Beach is on the far north end and is a nice beach resort .

This place is BEAUTIFUL. On the private side of the island which is exactly what we wanted. Plenty of bikes for all guests to move around on the Island. Would definitely stay here again!
