Designed to accommodate traveling families or remote workers, the condo offers ample living space, dedicated work areas, and high-speed internet at 200 Mb.
The layout spans three floors:
- First floor: kitchen and living area
- Second floor: two bedrooms
- Third floor: master bedroom
Location
- 350 meters (approximately 1,150 feet) from the beach, about a 5-minute leisurely walk
- 300 meters (approximately 980 feet) from the grocery store
Amenities and Features
- The condo complex has its own water tank, and this unit benefits from an additional backup water tank exclusively for its use. This extra tank stores water for the dry season, ensuring a reliable supply despite Guanacaste’s frequent water shortages.
- Water filtration system includes sediment, carbon, and UV filters, along with a water softener for enhanced comfort.
- Internet speed of 200 Mb supports remote work and online activities.
- Both the master bedroom and one guest bedroom include a dedicated desk and chair, providing private workstations suitable for conference calls or focused tasks.
Guest Access and Parking
- Owner parking is available, along with on-street parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please note that the transition from the road to the parking area on the south side of the building is elevated; caution is advised to avoid vehicle damage.
- A security camera is installed at the main entrance to facilitate communication between guests and the host.
Water Usage Notice
Water is a precious resource in Guanacaste. Although the unit has a dedicated backup water tank, guests are asked to use water responsibly, especially from December through May when rainfall is scarce and the town may periodically shut off water to conserve supply.
