Un lugar muy tranquilo, relajante y con una vista hermosa. Invité a unos amigos de Nicaragua y a mi novio que venia de Costa Rica y a todos les encantó, la cocina impecable con todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar una rica velada en el apartamento. Todo el lugar estaba muy limpio, me agrado el arona del Shampoo tenia un olor a menta. La piscina tambien estaba limpia. La comunicaion con Paul y Anne fue muy fluida desde el momento en que hice la reservación. El día que llegamnos Franklin nos recibió puntualmente y nos mostró el lugar. Siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo, contestaba rápidamente los mensajes. Vengo muy contenta y relajada. Super recomendado, Si tuviera la oportunidad nuevamente me volvería a quedar. Muy agradecidos con los tres. Saludos Scarlett

Great apartment, it is good to know that you can use the A/C about 9 hours per day. 20 minutes walk by the beach to reach the southern part of San Juan Del Sur. We had no Wifi for about 36 hours but it was du to strong winds.

The house is very spacious the balcony comfortable with incredible views we stayed in January and only had to use the air conditioning once. The staff at check-in and check out were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for letting us stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Definitivamente el lugar ideal para quedarse cuando visites SJdS, tal como en las fotografías, limpio, ordenado, muebles cómodos para realmente descansar mientras estabas en el alojamiento, muy bien equipado, la piscina bonita y limpia, realmente se esmeran por darle un buen mantenimiento al lugar, cerca de la playa y del Cristo Redentor que se podía apreciar desde el balcón, el lugar es muy tranquilo. Realmente a mi familia y a mi todo nos encantó de este alojamiento y sin duda será nuestra primera opción la próxima vez que volvamos a SJdS. Además siempre hubo buena comunicación y Franklin estuvo al tanto de nuestra llegada, y nos dio buenas recomendaciones, estuvimos muy a gusto aquí y esperamos volver pronto. Recomendado al 100%

The place was really amazing. It was clean and new. We loved our stay. I would recommend to get precise GPS location ahead of time.
