Tropical House in Playa Avellanas

Cute house in a great location.

Wonderful stay and Omar was very responsive. We lost power only for about 2 hours and he helped immediately to get it back on. Highly recommend!

We loved the house and the location. It’s a short drive or nice walk to Avellanas beach. Set off the main roads so it’s quiet and peaceful with absolutely no road noise. The pool was awesome after a day at the beach. We slept well at night with the noise of frogs and enjoyed the sound howler monkeys with our morning coffee. Ignacio the caretaker kept the grounds looking kept and was there waiting for us soon arrival. Communication was great when our google maps crapped out finding the location and we arrived without too much delay. Cold AC in the bedrooms if it’s too warm at night. This is the nicest area of Guanacaste if you’re there for peace, quiet and good surf. Lots of nice restaurants and sodas around. We ate at Cactus Restaurant every other night! Looking forward to returning and hopefully Omar’s place will be available to book. Pura Vida!!

La casa de Omar es muy linda super Fresca y muy segura me encantó volvere con mi familia otra vez en un futuro es muy linda y muy bien cuidada y la piscina excelente muy hermosa.

La casa de Omar est très belle et on s'y sent en sécurité . Ignacio, le gardien de l'endroit était très sympathique et attentif à ce que nous soyons bien. L'emplacement de la casa est super, beaucoup de restaurants dans les alentours. Une plage exceptionnelle à environ 20 minutes à pieds pour les débutants et intermédiaires de surf. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour ! :)

Great headquarters to explore all the surrounding beaches. Walking distance to a few beaches and to the local “Esquina” with restaurants and a small play area for kids. Basic amenities and a lot of nature around, sometimes inside the house :). The house manager Ignacio is wonderful and very helpful.

6 voyageurs Maison magnifique et très sécuritaire. Tout était parfait La piscine est selon moi la commodité qui est essentielle après des grosses journées à 30 degrés. Le setup extérieur avec hamac, poêle au charbon, grande table pour manger, clôturé avec beaucoup de végétation, parking privé, etc. Les chambres très propres et une grande cuisine avec îlot. Nous avons loué pour 10 jours et avions un camion 4x4 À pied, la plage Avellanas se trouve à 10 minutes. Une très grande plage avec beaucoup de vagues. Idéale pour les amateurs de surf. Le couché de soleil est magnifique en fin pm 30 minutes de Tamarindo Plusieurs restaurants proches Plusieurs plages accessible en camion Plusieurs activités 1h30 max en camion : volcan, randonnée, tyrolienne, pêche en haute mer, etc. Le point fort de cette casa : Ignacio et sa femme. Ils habitent derrière la casa et font l'entretien/surveillance. Ils sont vraiment géniaux ! Ils réparent , entretiennent la piscine, etc...

Nossa estadia foi super agradável! Omar e Ignácio, que nos recebeu foram muito educados e prestativos. A casa é bem localizada para quem procura um pouco mais de granquilidade e praias próximas. Tivemos uma excelente experiência.
