Sun Gazing Ocean Front Home in Quiet Area

The location is absolutely magical. The house is clean, comfortable, and the hosts take care of every detail. It will be a vacation you will not soon forget.

We spend the last week of the year at this wonderful house and we hada blast! the house is nicer than in the pictures and the host was super kind sharing her local insights and information with us. Those sunrises are out of this world! and the fact that you can watch them from your bed even better. The house had everything we needed and the privacy and the view! We'd definitely be back!

Gina was amazing! The house is amazing! The view is gorgeous, the outdoor space is perfect with shaded area and sunny pool. The house has plenty of space and bathrooms. Gina gave us the best recommendations and more info than we could even process in just one trip. We definitely plan on coming back ASAP!

Our group of 6 girl friends had a wonderful experience at Gina's place! Everything was even better than anticipated, right from my first communication, to arrival and throughout our stay. Gina also provides an extensive information booklet for her guests with everything you would ever want to know about the Puerto Aventuras area. Gina is most definitely a Super host! Gina took the time when we arrived to tell us all about the area of Puerto Aventuras. She suggested activities to do, restaurants to visit, local markets that would be set up etc. During our stay, Gina kept in touch and replenished supplies, answered questions etc. Her maintenance staff is very friendly and keep the grounds in tip top shape. The location of the villa is fantastic with its ocean view and quiet street, yet a short walk to the nearby restaurants, shops, marina etc. The home was well equipped, with great windows and doors that allow a beautiful breeze to flow through the home. If needed the Air Conditioning works well too. The beds, pillows and linens are all very comfortable as well. We highly recommend booking Gina's Villa and certainly hope to return there ourselves sometime!

Our stay at Casa Mim was wonderful! There were 8 of us in total. Our home was very private, quiet and relaxing. Our view of the ocean each day was hard to leave. Morning sunrises were a joy! Plenty of room within the home, fully equipped and beds are very comfortable. Gina is the most amazing host, always there to help or answer any questions. Puerto Aventuras is a small gated community with all the amenities. Restaurants, shops, golfing, and many water activities are all readily available! We rented a golf cart to get around and this was wonderful for my elderly parents! We all enjoyed our stay! We would stay again at any of Gina's properties; you will be in the most amazing, caring hands, and will not be disappointed!

Beautiful house! Great location. Amazing to wake up and see the sunrise!!! The owner is great! They are always there to help and gave us great tips that made our vacation perfect. Thank you Gina for the personal touch and for the amazing hospitality!!! We will definitely return!

Truthfully, I would give it 6 stars if I could. From communication in booking to checking out on our last day, everything was seamless and was exactly as described. As far as location is concerned; absolutely the best location in PA. Waking up to the ocean breeze in your own private ocean area is a dream come true. Upon arrival Gina met us and really took her time to answer all of our questions. (We had a lot!) All the best local tips can be suggested from Gina, incredibly responsive she answered all our questions and concerns. I honestly don't have one negative remark. My one suggestion to travelers would be stay as long as you can! We were in Ginas place for 2 weeks and we felt we just scratched the surface as far as what is on offer in this truly magnificent area. Gracias Gina : )

We had a great week with our extended video. The view was amazing and we all enjoyed the area with our golf cart rental. Very fun week for our group of 10.
