The Space
This beautiful house is located in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, offering a relaxing vacation experience. You can unwind in the private pool while enjoying breathtaking views. Spend your afternoons preparing roast pork on the barbecue or grilling fresh fish. The pool is exclusively for your use.
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms. Four bedrooms feature king-size beds, and one bedroom includes a king-size bed plus two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a closet, and a full bathroom.
The house provides a comfortable, tranquil, and private environment. It includes an air-conditioned kitchen, a living room, and a dining area.
Amenities and Services
- Daily housekeeping service is available from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This includes cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas such as the living and dining rooms. Please note that kitchen cleaning and dishwashing are not included.
- Service staff are available during the same hours to assist with shopping, preparing drinks like cocktails (ingredients are at the guest's expense), and other needs.
- A garage with two parking spaces is provided.
- The pool measures 7 by 4.5 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all areas of the property, which is entirely private and exclusive.
Additional Information
- The house includes a garage remote control, a Bluetooth speaker, TV, and air conditioning controls. A refundable cash deposit of $2,000 is required for these items and will be returned at the end of your stay.
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee, payable through the platform. A welcome package is included. For more details, please contact the host.
- Guests are asked to take appropriate safety precautions when using the pool, as its use is at your own risk.
- If you plan to have visitors, please inform the host in advance with the date and number of guests. Extended visits, even without overnight stays, may incur additional charges.

Lino es una persona muy atenta y siempre está disponible para ayudarte. La casa es muy amplia y queda perfecta si vas en grupos grandes. La alberca está súper limpia y se disfruta mucho.
