New Beautiful Villa

Casa Tres Monos was incredible for our family of 9. very warm and cozy with all modern amenities. communication with the host was perfect. we will absolutely rebook next time we are in Playa Grande.

Marie’s place is very thoughtfully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and linens. We had everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was nice. The back yard steals the show though with surround sound, out door shower and a gorgeous pool. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Marie’s house in Playa Grande. The home was fresh and clean, and we were welcomed with a lovely fruit basket, fresh coffee and a few kitchen staples. There were games and puzzles on site to keep the kids entertained, as well as floaties, boogie boards, a soccer ball and beach chairs. We had 9 people in our family group, for 4 different households. We all felt like we had enough space of our own, and the beautiful shady backyard was our shared space. Marie went above and beyond for our family when our daughter had a medical situation, and we are so grateful to her for her kindness and compassion. Thank you, Marie, for a wonderful week!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tres Monos with friends and family for 5 nights in Playa Grande! The villa was beautiful very clean and well maintained with numerous amenities. The pool was also a highlight on hot afternoons. The accompanying casitas were equally great. The location was excellent too with the main street approx 5min walk away to bars/restaurants/activities and the beach less than a 10min walk. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d love to stay again. Thanks again, Marie!

Perfect for our group! Place was clean, comfortable, and as pictured/described. Ideal location, walking distance to beach, restaurants/cafés, and wedding party for us. Appreciated the attention to safety/security, private bathrooms, outdoor shower, pool toys, and plenty of towels. Kitchen had everything we needed, loved using the grill too. We had no hot water in the casitas during our stay, but Marie was very apologetic and responsive in trying to get it fixed. Overall still highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Marie’s place. The villa was located a walk away from restaurants/cafes and the beach. Sara also helped connect us with a driver and tour options that we ended up booking over the course of our week in Playa Grande. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at casa tres monos! We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every second. It’s super close to restaurants and the beach - we walked there multiple times a day. The house was perfect for our family. We cooked multiple meals there and enjoyed the outdoor space a ton! We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend.
