The apt is fully equipped with a queen size bed, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot water on demand, Wi-Fi, shared pool, free parking, making it a very comfortable and a convenient place to stay while in the area. Children are welcome. The space Paraiso Real Villas is a cozy and peaceful location. We have 3 casitas, a large communal pool and an outdoor kitchen. We are close to the Morete river and all the wildlife a river can bring to any property. Each unit is equipped with all the modern amenities one would expect and then some. We have something for everyone to enjoy. The location's proximity to town and the main road makes it ideal for anyone wanting easy access to everything including the local beaches. Guest access Guests can access the property anytime day or night with an access code we will provide upon check-in. You will also have your own key for your unit. Other things to note We offer a delicious optional breakfast ( $10 per person). Just let us know upon check in if you'll be opting for the breakfast. We also offer concierge services to help you find anything you need from fishing /scuba/whale's watching tours to restaurants, beaches and anything your heart desires. Angie and Paola are friendly and helpful so please don't hesitate to ask for help! Un lugar muy tranquilo y bien cuidado. Las villas muy bonitas y tenían todo lo que se necesitaba. El lugar es para descansar. Muy buena ubicación para las playas y el parque. Es pet friendly, hay bastante área verde. Complacidos y recomendado.

We were here for two nights, everything was excellent. Peaceful apartment with a comfortable bed; in the night you have a quite ambient, and you can enjoy the wonderful swimming pool. Kitchen need to have some more stuff you need to be completely equipped but with the current furniture you can be ok. Definitely we will come back, and I completely recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

El lugar es muy hermoso. El techo tiene un ventana por donde entra luz que puede ser incomodo para dormir pero fuera de eso es super funcional y y tiene todo lo que necesitas, tb estaba muy limpio! Nos encantó. Fue un poco incomodo tener a la host acomodando las plantas con nosotros ahi y mas tarde tuvimos que abrirle a otros huespedes que estaban esperando la host y no recibian respuesta.

So grateful to have found such a great place to stay! We had planned to stay at a different Airbnb, but arrived to an unclean place that we immediately checked out of. Fortunately, Ysbell's place was available, and within an hour after reaching out, Angie was letting us in the gate! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and communication was excellent. Our place was very clean and had everything we needed to be super comfortable, including a nice hot shower and AC. The pool area is well maintained and relaxing. We felt very welcome, safe, and comfortable here. Super easy drive to Uvita and all the surrounding areas and activities. Absolutely recommend.

We came here for the Envision Festival ✨ it was fun to share the pool and communal space with new friends who were also attending the festival ! Loved listening to the wildlife in the early mornings . Can’t wait to visit again :)

We love the place, the landscaping, the swimming pool, inside everything was as described, very clean, comfortable, and the host are great, very friendly. We will definitely recommend this place, and plan on coming back, many times more.
