Vanessa est tout simplement extraordinaire une gentillesse rarement vue L’appartement était irréprochable très propre le service de ménage offerts était parfait a recommander les yeux fermés le meilleur rapport qualité prix à Cancun avec une plage paradisiaque un grand merci à Vanessa nous reviendrons c’est certain ❤️❤️🇲🇽

Overall, we enjoyed the place and location - it was nice to have a balcony at night (overlooks a parking lot but still nice to have outdoor space). The place was clean and had the items we needed (kitchen & bathroom supplies, towels etc). Vanessa was very responsive and helped with questions. There are two things that could have been better- the dryer (for clothes) and control of the air temperature. Both were finicky and difficult to use - the dryer technically worked with some luck, magic touches, and patience, but it definitely isn't easy to use. We ended up air drying most of things since the dryer couldn't be started easily. A cleaning person came to help when we asked. We were asked not to adjust the air temperature as it, too, is finicky & difficult to control. It was generally too chilly for us. Everyone at the resort was very friendly - there's a gift shop with basic supplies, a great pool, and the beach is very nice.

3 noches sin agua caliente y un olor a caño que no permitía la cómoda estadía, tal vez por las fechas navideñas se complicaba darle solución; adicional a que mi estancia solo era por las noches, envían a mantenimiento sin solucionar el desagradable olor y solo por antecedente se informa de secadora sin funcionar (en reglas menciona "informar" por ser delicada se recibe apoyo el día de limpieza ) si esto molesta poner etiqueta de NO UTILIZAR. Mencione al tomar la estancia que ya tenía itinerario con reserva a eventos externo a las instalaciones por lo que no estaría en departamento durante el día y esto no pudo generar desorden en su apartamento, se agradece la cortesía misma que se regaló al personal de seguridad para su noche navideña, dejo estancia previo 2 días porque fue difícil dormir percibiendo olor, se entrega a misma área de check in y envió mensaje confirmando. Tomar personal y mal interpretar llevo a no finalizar buena comunicación
