The Space

Every room and location within the house offers expansive views of the ocean and valley, stretching from Costa Rica to Popoyo. The home comfortably accommodates six guests across three private bedrooms.

You can unwind in the spacious outdoor living area or the indoor living room, providing an ideal blend of indoor and outdoor environments. The infinity pool includes a waterfall, a swim-up bar, a stargazing deck, and numerous spots to sit or lounge while enjoying the water.

Location

The house is centrally positioned near all the beaches, clubhouses, and restaurants within Rancho Santana. It is just a short walk downhill to the Rosada clubhouse and beach.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house along with access to all Rancho Santana amenities, including:

Additional Information

Guests wishing to access all Rancho Santana amenities can pay a resort fee of $15 plus tax per guest per night directly to the concierge.
