Great location and amazing service, host went out of their way to be helpful to us. Cabins lean more on the side of “roughing it” but are a great price for the location and the views can’t be beat. Overall Haynner was very helpful and responsive!

Haynner is a nice host. There was initially a hiccup with booking but, in fairness, he did fix the problem. Pros: Very good location Private outdoor space Good breakfast in Morning Volcano view from pool Cons: Pool was dirty to the point we wouldn’t let our kids swim in it, which was disappointing. No shelving in shower to hold supplies No hand towels Mattresses weren’t very good. All that said, as with all Airbnb’s especially when last min, prices vary greatly. If you get it for some of the cheaper pricing I see, it would be a pretty decent value, if you temper your expectations. Unfortunately, we paid a last minute premium & didn’t feel the value met the pricing.

Everything is as described. Checking in earlier in the day may be more convenient than later in the evening as it is a small family-owned hotel. They do include a breakfast certificate for the restaurant next door, which is a nice touch. My kids were terrified of the huge bugs in the bathroom, so be aware that it's Costa Rica and you're going to be amongst wildlife.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in La Fortuna. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und man ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten in der Stadt. Haynner war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war lecker. Man hatte eine Auswahl an drei verschiedenen Frühstücks-Varianten. Nur ein Mülleimer im Zimmer hat ein bisschen gefehlt.

Man darf nicht viel Erwarten. Aber für den Preis passt das auf jeden Fall. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und es wird auch nicht viel mehr gemacht. Großes Zimmer und auch sehr großes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist top. Der Manager vor Ort war eher unzugänglich. Das Frühstück war nicht zu empfehlen, aber es gab ein Auswahl. Das ist Geschmackssache. Wer ausgewogen und gesund essen will, geht woanders hin. Trotz allem war es sehr preiswert und für wenig Geld für die Lage ganz OK.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Emplacement très bien situé (à deux minutes de marche de l’épicerie, de tours guidés, de restaurants et boutiques). Tranquille, mise à part le chant des oiseaux la nuit mais ca fait parti de l’expérience! Haynner est un super hôte. Le seul hic est le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas bien.
