The Boom Oasis
The Boom Oasis is a destination for a northern Nicaragua vacation, available from November through April. Each morning begins with sunrise views, ocean waves, and birdsong.
Located on Boom Beach at the point of Aposentillo, the property offers direct access to the point for fishing and shell hunting, even if you do not surf.
The Space
The property includes four private sleeping areas:
- One room on the second floor of the tower house with one king bed and one twin bed.
- A queen bedroom located beneath the tower room.
- Two casitas, each with an attached full bathroom, two twin beds, and one king bed.
All sleeping areas include air conditioning and fans for a comfortable night's sleep.
The property also features:
- Three and a half bathrooms.
- An oceanfront pool with private access to Boom Beach.
- A rancho designed for outdoor living.
- A well-stocked kitchen in the rancho.
- A half bathroom in the rancho.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property. Caretakers will be available to assist throughout your stay.
Other Things to Note
The property is available from November through April and is booked for six months of the year.

Superbe endroit tranquille, directement sur la plage. Proche d'endroits où l'on peut faire du surf. Restaurants à proximité. Améliorations apportées au logement pour ce qui est de la cuisine, se retrouve maintenant près de la plage et de la grande table à manger. Génial comme modif. Shannon a été super réactive et de bons conseils aussi selon les questions que nous avons eu. Nous avons même ajouté sans problème une nuit de plus à notre séjour. Ce fut un excellent séjour à sa maison!

This is the second time my family stays at Shannon’s place & we always have a good time. Harold the caretaker is always available if needed. Shannon is quick to respond as well. Thank you Shannon & Harold!

Vi var i Boom Oasis i 10 nætter, og forlængede under vores ophold med 2 dage, fordi vi befandt os så godt. Vi var 6 personer (4 voksne og to børn), men boligen kunne sagtens have rummet en familie mere. De to hoved-huse har meget rummelige soveværelser med gode senge og lækre bade. Endnu smukkere end på billederne. Køkkenet er okay udstyret, god blænder, mange gryder/pander og relativt skarpe knive, det er dog lidt småt og lidt mørkt. Hvis man er mere end 6 personer vil der umiddelbart også mangle spiseplads og -stole. Shannon er let at kommunikere med og Harold, der passer hus og have, er utrolig behagelig og hjælpsom (taler kun spansk) Vi havde lejet bil, hvilket jeg klart vil anbefale. Der er langt til indkøbsmuligheder etc. Kommer man for at surfe er en bil også en stor fordel, da der ligger forskellige spots i området, der dog kræver en bil at nå. Vi kan varmt anbefale The Boom Oasis ☺️

The location was fantastic, beautiful property with lots of space to hang out and enjoy the ocean. Easy to get to, responsive caretaker. Kitchen was quite small for the amount of people we had there.

The house is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning beachfront view—exactly what you'd hope for in a beach getaway. However, for those with small children (we had kids between 0-4 years old), there are a few things to be aware of. The floors get extremely slippery when wet, so be ready to chase after little ones! The rails on the property also aren’t very secure—small children could easily slip through them, which definitely kept us on edge. One of the bedrooms had broken AC (notified at arrival), that room didn't have a shower just a toilet area. The design of the house is… interesting. The 3rd bathroom with shower, is right in the kitchen! If you're looking for a fresh culinary twist, cooking while contemplating life on the porcelain throne is certainly a unique experience. We also weren’t provided with a fresh bottle of gas for the stove initially, but after a quick phone call, that was sorted without any hassle. Overall, if you’re a group of adults or have older kids, you’ll be fine
