Finca Vaca Flaca
The Space
If you are seeking complete disconnection, this property offers a paddock, fire pit, forest, starry skies, and the distant howl of coyotes.
This land was passed down to us by our grandparents, Ata and Ato, and it is our responsibility to protect and share this treasure. Located at the base of Cerro El Abejonal, the area was named La Vaca Flaca by our paternal grandfather, Lolo. The name comes from an old attempt to raise cows here, which was unsuccessful.
Over time, the forest has recovered and healed, allowing wildlife such as the tapir and the margay to return. We are committed to moving forward together, working to restore the planet we cherish, breathe, and believe in.
