The house was awesome. The most modern house I've stayed at in Managua. It had a very nice kitchen with modern appliances, very relaxing patio and pool. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with security. Great house for a family.

This is a top level place. In the poshest neighborhood, with a gate and guards to make you feel safe, a nice pool and very hospitable people. Directions where not accurate from the site using Google maps. It is better to ask directly to the owner. It is on the right of Porta rotonda and supermarket (5 minutes walk) and close to club terazza in Villa Fontana norte. Very safe neighborhood. The owner lives next to the house and the maid can help you when he is not there. The owner is very hospitable and kind as well as very knowledgeable to help you make your trip memorable (especially for good restaurants tips). The pool is not an Olympic one but it's very pleasant and allow you to practice swimming comfortably. And the porch and garden are so pleasant.. There is A/C in all bedrooms, 2 baths, hot water, very nice furnitures and decorations....a washing machine (no need for a dryer in Managua!). Very nice washing products for the body. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality pans. I highly recommend this house

Great house. Wonderful host. No dryer, the 2 Times I tried to wash clothes the washer was being used. internet was very slow and wasn’t working for a few days and a lot of ants in the house especially around the kitchen and the pool. The location was great quiet,secured.

You can't go wrong with staying at this house. It's in a nice and safe area of Managua. The house is very nice, spacious and we'll kept. The pool is perfect for winding down and for kids to enjoy. Ivan would response quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ivan
