The property was exactly as described and was clean and well-equipped. We cooked at home and all the utensils and cooking equipment were of a good standard; there were also plenty of spices & sauces, which made for an easier shopping trip. Morning coffee on the balcony was an amazing way start the day. Access to groceries is very convenient, with two excellent shopping options within a 5 minute walk. Alvaro was an excellent host , often going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well-supplied. We are already talking about next year — can’t wait to come back to Cabo.

We had a great vacation! I’m really torn on the location. While it has good views of the arch and the ocean those views also come with a view of the Costco and Soriana. I knew this going in and purposefully chose convenience over views. What I didn’t factor in is the noise. It is right of the highway and there is a ton of traffic so it is anything but peaceful and quiet. The ability to walk to soriana and Costco made up for that. Alvaro is absolutely lovely and very responsive. The condo itself is huge for a 2 bedroom. I found that the area rugs and the quilt in the primary bedroom were quite dirty. The area rugs definitely need a good clean and the quilt was probably clean but had old stains on it which is gross. The cleaning staff doesn’t do a great job. Our feet/socks were filthy within a few minutes, the garbage can was disgusting and the cupboard doors were all stained. Extra bedding and towels would be great. An air fryer would have been amazing!

Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en este alojamiento. Es super espacioso, muy limpio y por la mañana tomaba mi café con vista al mar viendo a los cruceros!
