we had a lovely time as a family of four here! Close enough to shops, and the town center, and far enough away to feel very relaxing, and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay despite the weather. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Enough space for all of us. Definitely would recommend and stay again my next trip to Placencia.

We had an amazing stay. The space was perfect for our family (2 adults kids 8, 5, and 3). Spotless upon check in. Beautiful views, quiet community, great outdoor space. We had a couple concerns regarding customer service and communication. 1. The oven did not work. We had specifically booked an Airbnb because it was my daughter's birthday over a holiday so I wanted to be able to make a quick cake as well as breakfast. Figured out some work arounds, but my real issue is that we asked for help, were told someone was coming by so had to stay by the rental all day and no one showed up. So both no oven and wasted a day 2. We asked about laundry over our stay and were given a price and timeline. Then when we arrived and asked we were told it wasn't available during our stay. While I totally understand that this coincided with Holy Monday, our host knew this information before we asked and, while traveling with little kids if you plan for and count on laundry it needs to be there

El personal es cordial, pero el lugar necesita mantenimiento, la playa podría estar mejor, tienen una planta eléctrica en desuso y hubo un corte eléctrico de 6 horas, lo mejor era que el supermercado estaba cerca, no hay flexibilidad ni informa clara por parte del host, hice varias consultas y parecían respuestas automáticas

A great complex and our unit was a few hundred feet from the ocean and the pool was even closer. Some wonderful restaurants in the area and Palencia was only a 10-15 min drive once you account for the speed bumps :)

The place was great. Close to the beach. The home had ac and was fairly private. We really enjoyed the pool.

Very accommodating stay. The rooms were nice and cool on arrival and I loved all the personal touches throughout the rooms. My girls love their stay in the unit and I will definitely use this location again.
