Situated in the heart of nature on the heights of Tamarindo, this luxurious three-bedroom villa offers a secluded setting ideal for family vacations, couples’ getaways, or beach holidays with friends. The villa boasts expansive views of the Hacienda Pinilla Valley and distant mountains, blending harmoniously with the lush hillside surroundings.
Inside and out, the villa features a palette of whites that contrast beautifully with Costa Rica’s vibrant greenery. Large openings to the terrace invite the natural environment indoors, creating a peaceful open-air ambiance. The interior design is simple yet promotes relaxation and comfort. Brightness fills the space through large glass doors, allowing you to enjoy the landscape from inside as if you were outside. Sliding doors are present throughout the property, enabling seamless interaction with the surrounding wildlife.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Outside, mature palm trees and colorful local flora frame magnificent mountain views. The infinity-edge swimming pool, sun loungers, and BBQ area on the terrace provide a stunning vantage point overlooking the forest stretching into the distance, offering a sense of complete privacy.
Inside, Villa St Barth includes cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, and a dining area that seats six.
Location
Villa St Barth is close to excellent local restaurants, golf courses, beautiful beaches, and the lively town of Tamarindo. The area offers numerous activities such as fishing charters, volcano and national park excursions, snorkeling, and surfing.
The nearby Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course winds through the peaks and valleys of Tamarindo, rainforest, and along the Pacific Ocean, providing a relaxing way to experience Costa Rica’s natural beauty with breathtaking ocean views.

Stayed at Villa St. Barth with my brother and teenage son. The villa is absolutely beautiful. The pool is rather large and the outside area was awesome! We spent much of our downtime just lounging around the villa. The addition of a lovely housekeeper who cleans every other day and also does your laundry was pretty spectacular as well!

We had a fantastic stay by Antonio's villa in Tamarindo Costa Rica. Antonio was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. As a host, Antonio was flexible with our requests while also showing the care he takes of his house. (For example we requested the cleaning and gardening crew come on a different day than originally scheduled to fit with our plans) We loved the "inside/ outside" feel of the home due to the large picture windows and beautiful views. The home was located in the perfect spot for us since it was quiet and peaceful and still not a far drive to amenities like supermarket, tourist shops and restaurants.

Property was as shown in photos, definitely private location. All wheel or Four wheel drive on vehicle was appreciated, with house up an incline. Host, Antonio was helpful, and checked in periodically to see if we had any questions, or to advise when, cleaner, Gardner or pool guys were scheduled. Our group of 3 couples felt like the house had ample room for us, particularly with the large patio, under cover. We could hear the Howler Monkeys, but didn’t get to see them, colorful birds enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed watching them! Overall, property is a “Gem”!

It was our second stay at Villa St. Barth, and we hope it will not be the last one. We enjoy this privacy oasis very close to the touristy areas of the Tamarindo Coast. The property is secluded; you neither see nor feel any neighbours, yet it is just a few hundred meters away from a very nice fish restaurant. The house is squeaky clean and very comfortable to live in. The property's focal point is a pool suitable for lap swimming. We spend hours in the pool daily, looking for a busy bird life and occasional squirrels or monkeys.

Antonio was very helpful with the inquiries that we had. The villa was private and lovely, the photos shown are precise. The property grounds were well manicured, and the pool was the best! The villa’s location is up on a hill and 10-minute drive to downtown Tamarindo. Our single disappointment was the traffic noise while at the pool, as the villa is located off a main road (Route152) where there is significant traffic including many large tankers downshifting around the curve. At times, you can literally feel the vibration while inside the villa.

Our stay at Antonio’s place was nothing short of amazing. Antonio was super helpful and responsive to all requests. He made our stay stress free as he provided awesome recommendations for a driver as well as a personal chef for my birthday. Cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re considering it for your stay in Costa Rica, do it. :)

This mountaintop villa was excellent in every way. I would only remind prospective guests that they need to drive everywhere. By spending a few minutes in the car however one can reach a number of beaches and communities. A great retreat!

The House was beautiful just like the pictures. Location was great. We enjoyed the pool very much. Host was awesome and very responsive. Felt very safe in the home and area.
