The Ultimate Beach House

Maison magnifique, toute ouverte, les pieds dans l’eau avec un très bel environnement. C’est un peu la maison de Robinson version luxe 😉 Il est possible de faire la cuisine en faisant ses courses à Bocas avant d’arriver mais je vous conseil le restaurant d’Al Natural à 3 minutes à pied qui fait de très bons repas. Sunanda et Vincent sont de très bon conseils et permettent une arrivée très facile.

Sunanda is a warm and responsive host who communicated clearly before and during our stay. She met us at the dock, walked us to the grocery store, and shared helpful local tips along the way. She also owns an Indian restaurant in town, and we arranged for a meal to be delivered to the house dock, delicious! The open-air house was an unforgettable experience for our family (ages 9, 12, and 15). We loved hearing the waves and jungle sounds day and night. Because it is open air and rained a lot during our four day stay, our clothes and sheets were damp, but this is to be expected. We were not bothered by the bugs, with only a few bites at night, so the mosquito nets over the beds and fans attached to the headboard definitely help! Lastly, Sunanda’s partner Vincent now lives at the home and is the chef at AL Natural Hotel, just a 3-minute walk away. For an additional charge, guests can join the hotel for a fantastic meal and great conversation with fellow travelers. High recommend!

This place was amazing. Private, beautiful, lots of wildlife! Being able to use the amenities next door was convenient and easy and the people were amazing! Definitely book dinner reservations at the resort as Vincent is not only an amazing host but an extraordinary chef!

C'est un logement magnifique entièrement en bois pour les personnes en quête de nature et de tranquillité. Le son de la jungle et de la mer est omniprésent car la maison n'est pas complètement fermée. Donc les moustiques et autres bêtes sont inévitables à l'intérieur aussi. Mais c'est une belle expérience. Nous avons profité des repas du resort Al Natural à 3 minutes à pied, c'était exquis ! Merci à Sunanda, Michel et Vincent pour l'organisation et l'accueil.

Wir empfanden die Unterkunft in echt noch schöner und besonderer als auf den Fotos. Es ist sehr groß und offen und sehr nah am Meer - die Lautstärke der Wellen darf man nachts nicht unterschätzen. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und würden gerne noch einmal vorbeikommen! (Da es sehr offen ist, sollte man nicht zu große Angst vor Insekten haben ;) )

This place is a dream come true!!

Fuimos dos familias con niños. El lugar es súper retirado de todo a 1 hora del pueblo en bote. Deben llevar todo lo que vayan a comer TODO. Es hermoso si buscan desconectarse del ruido de la ciudad. Es exactamente como en las fotos, el mar espectacular y el ruido de la selva que está justo atrás es relajante. Hay muchos mosquitos así que lleven off. El lugar es mágico y super recomendado. Un chico llamado Irving nos ayudó mucho con lo que necesitáramos Fogata, agua de coco. Mi única observación es la poca iluminación, de noche si regresan en bote no hay manera alguna de ver dónde está la Casa, En general la Casa necesita mas iluminación adentro, en el muelle y afuera de la Casa. La cocina necesita un upgrade, lleve todo para cocinar pero puse a mi amiga porque yo soy muy asqueante y no puedo cocinar donde me dé asco algo. La cocina es la única parte NO linda de la Casa, No da una sensación de aseo. Por todo lo demás excelente. Pasamos 4 días de ensueño en este lugar y sus

Séjour de 4 nuits idyllique ! Le lieu est magnifique et intime. La maison est très agréable et bien intégrée dans la nature face à la plage. Le ponton est très appréciable. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, à l’écoute et accueillant. Nous avons tout adoré.

Beautiful location, great restaurants nearby, very remote. It felt like camping with beds and a kitchen/bathroom, you could hear the water all around you at night. Really friendly host and staff at the restaurant, they made me a birthday cake when they found out it was my birthday very last minute, sweet. There are definitely mosquitos at night, most of us were fine, but if you are a bit sensitive like some people, you will get bit. There are mosquito nets around the beds though, and little fans. Solar home. Definitely recommend the indigenous village walking tour.
