This air-conditioned, second-floor condominium features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, suitable for small groups of friends or families. Situated in a quiet part of Tamarindo, it offers all the amenities needed for relaxation and comfort.
The condo boasts a spacious open floor plan with new kitchen cabinets providing ample storage and granite countertops. A large island serves both as a cooking area and a casual dining spot. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee station, filtered clean drinking water, new dishes, and cookware.
Additional conveniences include a new washer and dryer, a safe for valuables, beach and pool towels, bamboo beach mats, boogie boards, beach balls, and yoga mats. Entertainment options feature free WiFi and cable TV on a large flat-screen in the living room. A new queen-size pull-out sofa bed accommodates extra guests, complemented by comfortable velvet chairs for cozy gatherings.
Outside, a generously sized patio with a dining set is perfect for group meals.
The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom for privacy, a private balcony, and ample closet space. The second bedroom is oversized with a queen-sized bed and a fold-out futon that can sleep one additional adult, allowing the condo to comfortably host up to seven guests.
Both full bathrooms include walk-in showers, new vanities with oversized mirrors, and a brand-new tankless water heater. While hot water and strong water pressure are uncommon in Costa Rica, measures have been taken to ensure guests enjoy warm, refreshing showers.
The condominium is located in a tranquil area of Tamarindo, away from the busy town center. It is a 15 to 20-minute walk to both the town center and the beach.
For added convenience, guests can rent golf carts, bicycles, motorcycles, or cars through local providers, subject to availability.
The unit includes one assigned parking spot secured behind gates, accessed with a key fob. Additional parking is available on the street if needed.
Please note there is a non-refundable $250 fee if the key fob is not returned, as replacements are difficult to obtain.
During the dry season, scheduled water conservation may result in brief water shortages, typically lasting only a few hours. If water service interruptions extend beyond this, please notify us so we can assist.
