The main floor features a spacious great room that combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas, along with a half bathroom.

- Casa Cay’s Beachfront: Directly in front of the villa, guests can explore tide pools during low tide. A snorkeling lagoon is located just 20 yards to the left, offering a hidden gem for underwater exploration.
Important: Tides in this area vary significantly throughout the day and shift by about an hour daily. It is recommended to use a tide-tracking app to plan beach activities accordingly.

Important Details
- Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints, noise monitoring alerts, or reports from neighbors or authorities may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, or legal action.
- A damage protection policy is included with your booking, covering accidental damages up to $2,000. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges.
- Costa Rica residents paying with local credit cards may be subject to an automatic IVA tax from their bank, separate from Airbnb taxes.
- A pack-n-play is available for $10 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance notice is required to ensure availability and setup.
